Reliability, solid products and a comprehensive process from purchase to final invoice. Grainger is not the cheapest on every item but there are some advantages with going to Grainger.
You can seek out a competitive quote on items you are looking for. Grainger has a huge variety on operational supplies, plumbing supplies, safety supplies, environmental supplies and general warehouse and office supplies. They usually carry items in the store or they have them one or a few days out. They are closed Saturday unless you pay $ 50.
I Typically dealt with friendly and reliable people on quotations, purchases and invoices. I would give this particular location a 4, and a 4.5 to Grainger as a whole.

You have to know what you’re getting with Grainger… Basically a huge catalog with everything in it from motors to safety supply. The upside: the retail person can get their hands on most anything, and everything is a day or less away. The downside: their pricing is not for the faint of heart. You’re paying for availbility and selection — you’re not getting a deal.
