My experience took place in October 2015. But I still have nightmares. This place made me sick within ten minutes of eating. I suffered for a week. I live 2 hours away so yea, I will never return.

The bowl is decent. Not as good as Waba Grill, but it is what’s close. I knocked it down a couple of stars because the service at this location is cold and slow. I’ve been here before and noticed it. Today I was hungry and walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. After a couple of minutes I just walked out. It’s not too hard to smile and say hello.

Ok once you have been to one flame broiler I guess you have been to them all. At least they are consistent and just about the best fast food around if you want meat and rice. I don’t find their veggies to be all that exciting, but hey, I am there for the meat(chicken, beef, or half n half) and some rice. They give you the option of white and brown rice and lately I have astounded myself and started getting their brown rice as it’s a slightly different flavor and kinda tasty. The magic sauce(teriyaki) is pretty good, but I am scared to ask what the ingredients are or I know that I will stop having it. They also have hot sauce in pumps for those of you who want to have a lil heat to your meat n rice. The staff here was friendly, the parking lot is a bit funky, but there is plenty of parking. So overall it was another good not great experience at Flame Broiler…

KFISH radio blaring in the dining room. Can be uncomfortable if this station is not your thing.

Best and most accommodating Flame Broiler in the area, for a few reasons: Quality and quantity. While Flame Broilers are all pretty much the same, this one is consistently slightly better(less dry, more flavorful) than the other 5 in the area I’ve been too. Also, they are not stingy with the meat and green onions. Pricing and promotions. The price for«side of chicken» is literally $ 0.50 lower than the Flame Broiler half a mile a way. Additionally, the stamp card promotion(get 10 bowls, 11th free) is the most generous and easiest to use than the weird app-based promos or restrictive coupons offered by other locations. Service. Simply, they are not idiots here. This Flame Broiler is the only one who is willing to give me «extra chicken» in the little styrofoam container that is used for«side of chicken.» It’s the same amount of meat, I just want it in a separate container because otherwise it is difficult to reach the veggies and rice underneath the chicken. Other locations insist on charging an additional $ 1.25 for the container.

I usually get the chicken bowl but wanted to try something different so I got the beef today. Tried some of the beef without any sauce on it and it’s pretty bland and a little chewy. Added a couple of the little containers of sauce and that definitely helped the taste but it’s still a little chewy. I think I’ll stick with the chicken. Service was ok, nothing special, no smile. It’s convenient, I’ll come back for the chicken.

Good place to grab a quick, cheap, semi healthy meal. I usually get the Works Bowl with brown rice. You get your meat & veggies layered ontop of brown rice in a bowl. Don’t forget the hot sauce & jalepenos – self serve. Overall it’s a decent amount for a decent price.

After trying this flame broiler location for the 5th time it’s time to leave a review. This is by far the best flame broiler I have ever been too. They make the bowls perfectly here, no skimping on anything. Going to any other location never compares and is always a regret. Great food and great service.

Quick service! This is an ideal place for a quick lunch. Food tasted ok, chicken kinda of dry for my liking. Magic sauce was toooooo sweet.

This spot is close to my work and I’ll pop in here sometimes. The follow is consistent, and no issues with bones in the chicken like at the Irvine location. The staff is alright, nothing special here. Make sure that you watch what they are charging though, I have been over charged a couple of times here and when I called them out on it, they gave a free drink vs refund the difference.

I got them to sop posting flyers(for the most part) after a rather egregious flyer posting — on Earth Day, of all days. It was enough for me to gather the flyers, driver over there, and tell them that enough is enough. They put our company on a «no flyer» list or somesuch. I’ve seen very few flyers since then. And I’ve also patronized their store since then. The food is OK.

The food is pretty good, the restaurant is pretty nice, but I have to say the service is great! I came after an interview, only because I found a coupon. I couldn’t find it so I called, Daniel was so very helpful and detailed. I will be coming back, but mainly for the good service And it doesn’t hurt that there’s an Its A Grind next store

Coming here after the gym is what got me started on this place. I order the Works with no rice and straight veggies. It’s a bit more, but healthier and I don’t use the Magic Sauce, just straight Hot sauce. They also have a green hot sauce that has a kick. The staff is always friendly and professional. They have coupons every now and then that get me through the door(might be local flyering). And the location is close off the freeway. There’s another Flame Broiler down Orangethorpe, but I don’t think it is as good.

Chickens good! Horrible customer service. No hello no thank you no smiles. As a professional eater I frown on people like that.

Chicken Bowl with a drink for $ 5.50. Great deal! Price has been raised to $ 6.50 — still a great deal but its no longer ‘cheap’. Food is always fresh — service is quick and friendly. And this particular location always has Air1 playing — pretty cool :)

Most cheap bastards know what rice bowls are because they’re usually very affordable. Not at the flame broiler though. It’s not that you don’t get a lot of food — you actually get a decent amount. But you end up paying a little extra for brown rice and you get much more rice than meat. For the same amount($ 7 at the date of this writing), you can get a burger, fries and drink at a burger joint.

This flame broiler is my place to go after church on Sundays. The employees are always nice and courteous. It’s always clean and the all condiments, utensils, and everything are always stocked. The last couple times I’ve gotten my food they’ve had oldies playing which made me dance a bit. I always get the chicken bowl with brown rice and six hot sauces.

Ive been to this location a couple times. I like that its never that busy, so its easy to get in and out quickly. Ive always received great service and the place is clean and well stocked with sauces and some already prepackaged for you! Very helpful when you’re on the go!

It filled the hole, but I wouldn’t crave it or anything! Had a combo bowl of chicken and beef… Beef was over cooked and too salty Brown rice was very dry Chicken was ok, better with the hot sauce
