Dental Care of Anaheim

I love the team of dentists and staff here! Dr. PJ, Dr. Quan and Dr. Chang have been wonderful to work with! I’m very happy with the dental treatments I got done and how friendly everyone has been! I would return anytime!

Read carefully on all all the ratings. This place will hustle you! They will charge extra and tell you that you need to do more treatment but reality it’s not as bad as they tell you. I had the worst experience here and just like everyone else is saying I went somewhere else and they charged me way less and way cleaner with the latest technology unlike this place… they went over on what I had to do and it was nothing close to what this place said. Do not waist time and money

I have come in for an appointment and have been here for almost a hour and have hardly been helped. The only thing they did for me is take x-​rays and tell me I have cavities. I’m not going back

Incredible office. My bad experience have started with them ever since beginning.
First, I’ll mention good things about this office.
1) dr Sonny seems to try to save you money (sometimes). I understand dental care is expensive, what I do not understand is when you are told to do things you didn’t need at the first place.
2) the owner seems like a nice and smart guy. Very caring as well, it’s his business so you’ll hope he’s that way.
3) they do decent job. Even though I had to come back for them to fix it couple of times. For example when I had my bone graft placed, I went back twice to have it fixed. My crowns have been causing a lot of discomfort (I understand it might cause some and I’ve expected it, but not 5 months after having it!!!)
No let me try to mention all the downfalls of this place:
1) at my first appointment instead of extracting a tooth that I’ve been suffering from for weeks by then, I was told that they had me on filling of other teeth instead that day. Even though I’ve requested extraction myself when I made an appointment.
2) wait time. That is just incredible. Expect to spend at least 45 mins waiting.
3) they could not tell me what was the most important in my treatment plan to be done, so I myself without any education in this field had to figure it out on my own.
These are the highlights of my experience with this office.

My disabled relative had a root canal and a crown done else where and it was still
causing him pain because it wasnt done right. Dr Soni removed an infected
back tooth for him that began healing in 2 days!!! She is an excellent dentist,
and my relative was so happy with her work that he is currently returning to
have his root canal redone that wasn’t done correctly by the last dentist he had.
Dr Soni is also going to pull another tooth for him that can’t be saved, she also
gave him immediate appointments because he was in pain, our family would
recommend Dr Soni of dental care of Anaheim to anyone that had dental
problems, she does the necessary work that needs done correctly with
excellent results.

Horrible place. I had an appointment with Dr Dholakiya who told me I needed 4 root canals and had 15 cavities that needed to be filled, 2 to be observed. I felt like he was trying to scam me, so I didn’t go back. Went to another dentist 5 months later who told me I needed 2 root canals and had 6 cavities, out of which only 3 needed to be filled soon. I feel like maybe he switched out my X-​rays with someone else’s just to make me believe I needed that much work done. Will never ever go back to this place.

Dr Soni is the best!!! She really cares about her patients!!! I have been going here for years over 20 and I have all my teeth that’s got to tell you something! As for they just wanting you money, well it is rather expensive to have dental work done. And asking people for money is always hard and uncomfortable for all!!! Liz is great with the financial stuff. She really works hard for the patients. I always leave feeling I got my moneys worth. This is a great place to take all your family members young and not so young!

This was a great place for me to get dental work. They were accommodating with my appointment. Doctor PJ and his team explained what I needed to have done and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dental office as the staff is friendly, accommodating and are caring. I have had my friends and family visit as well and they have had a similar experience.

Havent’ been here yet, but tried to call for my first appointment today and since I work full-​time the won’t let schedule my lil daughter’s appointment later than 1pm. the doctor doesn’t want to deal with parents upset with waiting for the dentist in the evening the rather just have the kids go in the A. M and get them in and out. I will schedule my first appointment for next week for let see how my review would be towards this status later.
