I am an acupuncturist who specializes in ear (auricular) acupuncture. This is a modern approach to traditional Chinese medicine. The stimulation of points in the ear provides increased circulation in the brain to provide health benefits to the body, just as using body points. The major difference is that NO Needles are required in most cases. Electric stimulation provides the treatment. It is not necessary to disrobe during the appointment. Only a slight buzzing is sometimes felt.
