David Chase

He doesn’t even deserve a star but I had to include it so that this review can get posted lol.
This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in. David R. Chase is rude and extremely disrespectful. He does not even act like a professional that he claims to be. He is considered an attorney because he does the absolute minimum.
If you hire him he will not go above and beyond for you he will not act like your representative.
I made a huge mistake on hiring him and I just want others to not do the same.
DO NOT HIRE DAVID R. CHASE!

i was going to file banckrupcy for my husband here since his aunt did it she had a smooth good experience for some reason david lost his respect and head when i changed my mind i decided to wait on fileing for personal reasons and david exploaded verbally i had to call police to aware them of his actions verbaly in order for cops to keep david at peace not yelling at me like he did just because i changed my mind he never told me he charges per hour his consulta paperwork all his crapy helper did for us waa lls run credit check and charged $ 45 for that i gave then $ 700 depostit $ 335 for court fileing and 400 depostit for him and at end he rudely keeped $ 200 expierence was acary bad he got upset he yelled at me and offended me made me cry to point i called police for help… all i can say from this bad experience is keep in mind if you change your mind be aware he will charge you i wasnt inform and he exploades when he didnt have to act that way very unproffessional scary keep in mind they dont tell you at all that they charge for consult! i dont recommend him unless you are sure ypur going to file a case for sure dont back down you will loose your money :/​thanks!

If you are looking for a family law attorney and are tempted to call him DON’T. This is the most unprofessional so called attorney I have ever heard and seen.
Don’t walk away, RUN!
I witnessed him not being prepared, afraid to show the judge documents that would have helped his client. I saw his client helping him read through the documents to get him prepared. At the final he got absolutely nothing for his client. I don’t know what he charged her but he sure didn’t deserve a single cent.
What a disgrace!
