If you need a dentist in this area Pick This Office! I can’t say enough how nice and caring the girls are. My husband and I had neglected our teeth for a very long time as we raised our kids. I was so nervous getting my first deep cleaning. But the hygienist was so good she fixed us right up. I never thought our teeth would be ok and they are so good! Thank you so much I really appreciate you all !!

Here’s for my 3^rd time in the last year or so… Every time I come in I totally feel like I am being ripped off. I know it probably has a lot to do with my insurance but you can barely check in before they are talking money and the laundry list of procedures the dentist has «recommended». I’m over it, going to switch as soon as we have open enrollment at work. The staff is professional but I always feel like they are turning their noses up at me because I’m not dropping off my savings to have the recommended work done. They have a large parking lot here that is never crowded and typically they take my son right away on schedule. The dentist is very kind but I won’t be back. Office is clean and equipment is up to date. I don’t like that the dentist doesn’t come out to talk to me about my son’s treatment.

I had a great experience or as good as it gets when it comes to a dentist visit. The staff is friendly and Dr. Chow is very informative. I did a little research before making a decision and it was worth it! The office is clean and the equipment is up to date. I would recommend this place to anyone, no unnecessary work added onto your tab just a straight forward diagnosis and up front with fees.

Cresent Family Dental says they take Delta Dental Insurance, but the practising dentists are not accepted by Delta. They did not tell me this, they just charged me full price for my proceedures and when I asked if the price included my insurance, they said yes. They did not lie out right, they simply did not tell the entire truth making it a lie of omission, which to me is still a lie. I paid almost $ 2000 for a proceedure, believing that included help from my insurance only to get a letter from Delta saying they paid nothing. I called and asked why they paid nothing, they said it was because the Dentist did not turn in some kind of forms. When the previous dentist owned the practise, it was thriving. He cared. Now I understand why a once crowded waiting room is now emptly all the time. Good dentist, shady business practises.

The dentist is not how I feel like spending a day. Its one thing to go to urgent care or the er to wait for hours to be seen. Its another to schedule what will turn into a few hours of whining and crying from two extremely bored little kids and one dad with ADHD.
The office is in a run down strip mall and the inside is poorly designed to be a dentist office. The workers and dentist are friendly, but not enough help to get people out without planning on being there for two hours for a checkup and cleaning.
The bathroom was dirty and the sink in the room we were stuck in had mold growing in it. something that could have been cleaned out once a week. Empty bottles of nitrous and oxygen kept in the room.
I am giving three stars because the workers deserve five stars, but maintenance is definitely needed to bring this place any new stars from me.
I will be coming back, until insurance gets better or hope that they get someone to help with the cleanliness and organization.

area is cluttered with medical buildings and private practice offices… finding crescent family dental in the mass… large strip mall location… parking plenty and easy… dr. david cho performing a successful emergency root canal for a family member just few months back and here for own evaluations… finding the inside quite spacious and airy… television and magazines to pass time in the waiting room… inside quite large with a maze of patient rooms, x-​ray rooms and such. modern equipment and taking full digital x-rays…screen for patient and screen for technicians… entertaining watching x-​rays instantly on a large screen up front in real time section by section… off to another room for full rotating x-​ray of the entire jaw… very thorough…

I Love this place, best dentist I have ever been to! Dr.‘s are very informative and explain things in detail. Prices are good and the front office is amazeing! They have Ortho and everything in one, one stop shop! I love Dr. Chow! I have been to many shady dentists and was so happy to find a great dentist with personal exceptional service!

I have to rave about this place! The office was recently taken over and is on the up and up. The staff is great and takes great care of its patients. The Drs’ are great here and eager to do all they can do to help. They even offer all aspects of dental here too so you don’t have to go anywhere else! I would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a wonderful office!
