Cold Cups Yogurt

Their frozen yogurt is good. Toppings are fresh. .39 cent per pound. Waited a while to get helped though, the cashier guy was somewhere in the back and didn’t come out for a while. Other than that, the inside place looks nice, very classy and pop colors for seating

I really like its cheesecake froyo — unfortunately, it’s runny. Their machines are set too high a temperature (most likely to save on electricity)
Occasionally the staff is friendly.

I wasn’t impressed. The frozen yogurt were a bit runny. The toppings were not labeled. The mochi was hard and stale. There is a Tutti Frutti close by which I will take the extra time to get my frozen yogurt.

i was having a craving for some frozen yogurt on my way to a dr’s appointment and this is near the euclid offices of kaiser. this place did the trick– 30 cents an oz for self-​serve frozen yogurt and toppings. the flavors were pretty standard fare. the taste and variety isn’t as good as my fave fro you shop, golden spoon, but it cured my craving for the day.
i’m definitely going to try the crepes here.

i really enjoyed this yogurt. It had great flavor and I loved that I was able to mix the flavors and then add any of the toppings I wanted. At the end of the line they weigh the yogurt with the toppings on a scale and charge you. So the price is really up to you. I will be going back for sure. The service was friendly and it really hit the spot on this warm night.

There really isn’t anything wrong with this place. The yogurt taste good and service is fine, it’s just I cant compare them to lets say Pink berry or Yogurtland. I feel sorry for the low rating, but like I said, its just the competition with Yogurtlant is bad for them. Why am I the duke then? because I work right in front of them ha ha. The convenience of walking distance.

Meh, definitely meh.
Pros: inexpensive, a decent variety of yogurt, they have fruit crepes, yogurt is okay (not bad, but not great), staff are nice enough, lots of sauces (choc, caramel, condensed milk, etc) available.
Cons: toppings need improvement: avoid the KIWI (they were crunchy and incredibly sour), strawberries are tolerable but still on the sour side; the chocolate and cookie dough tasted a little stale too.
The crêpe would have been better if they used better strawberries and left out the pineapples. It’s gigantic though. If they priced it the same ($ 5) and used better ingredients but gave you less of it, that would be a plus.

they had all my fav flavor yogurt… coconut, taro & mango… their yogurt werent as frozen… had to eat it fast before it melted. overall it was good… n cheap!

why? well i assume the older vietnamese couple in there were the owners… the place had no customers so it was jsut them, me and my gf! not that it matters but me and my gf are vietnamese… i guess we didnt look it when we came in with our big stunna shades… cuz the idiot guy totally made the rudest comment in vietnamese… OH Hell NO! i looked at my gf and she asked «did he just say something» he sure did! so we left with the quickness and told him how dumb he is in vietnamese… i can see his mouth dropp… like oops i effed up! yeah dumbass! u did! why are they so quick to judge! so what if i got a few tattoos… they couldve waited till we left to talk smack! but im glad they said something rihgt then and there… cuz they dont DESERVE my business there. NEVER will i go there again! nope nope!

I’m sad this is the closest yogurt store to my apartment.
Tucked in the Daniel’s/Target shopping center on Euclid is the small «new» Cold Cups.
I was disappointed by the flavors. They didn’t offer original tart and all of the other flavors were more like soft serve ice cream in texture and flavor. As for toppings they had a very limited selection of fresh fruits and the other candy toppings were generic and stale.
Yogurt for the bf and I? $ 8.00
On the plus side it did stay frozen long enough for me to drive it home.

sometimes they run out of berries but they have them in the next day.
the owners even let me bring my dog in really fast when I stop by during the dog walk :)

Wow, a frozen yogurt shop without the word «berry» in its name? I’m intrigued.
My friend, her sister, and I decided to try out this place today instead of our usual Yogurtland. There were about 12 flavors and it was about $ 0.30 cents/​ounce, same price as most Yogurtlands.
Yogurts were decent. I especially liked the taro yogurt. It tasted like the real thing!
Toppings, however, was another story. There were no berries! No blueberries, no blackberries, no strawberries! Nothing! Nada! Zilch! I thought this was a frozen yogurt shop? Where are the berries?! Instead, there were kiwis, pineapples, and a few other fruits. I ended up just skipping the fruits altogether and just got chocolate chips, almonds, and mochi. The berries are probably out of season right now and so are a bit more pricey; however, I expect berries at a frozen yogurt shop. Maybe, they will bring the berries back once they are in season? Maybe, the word «berry» is not in their name for a reason?
Anyways, besides yogurt, they also have crepes, shaved ice, and smoothies. The worker was nice and the chairs were pretty cool.
Bottom line: decent yogurts, but no berries.
Great, now I have to go somewhere else for my daily serving of fruits.

It’s no Yogurtland, but it’s just as good. It’s a smaller shop nestled between a few food joints. When I came here for the first time a few months back they served dessert crepes. I’m not sure if they still do. As for the frozen yogurt, it’s pay buy the ounce. They have a nice assortment of flavors and toppings that is typical of most pay-​by-​the-​ounce places.

Great place for frozen yogurt… especially if you’re sick of the overrated Pinkberry. I love Cold Cups. My favorite is the cheesecake-​flavored frozen yogurt! Wow. Love it. Not too sweet. It’s just right. I top it off with bits of tiny cheesecake pieces and strawberries. Friendly service, too! Good location — near Target. Go shopping afterward. :)

This place is totally legit! i love their expresso and their pecan yogurt! FREAKING DELICIOUS! i just wish they had more toppings :(

I liked everything about this store… except the yogurt is tastes a little watered down… it melts too quickly. If it had better consistency, I think they’d find more business. The cashier is always friendly, kudos for that.

Was in the LA for business and decided to stop off at Cold Cups Yogurt. Located in the stripmall, Cold Cups Yogurt doesn’t have much street visibility, but plenty of parking due to IT location.
I was able to walk in and check out the LA frozen yogurt scene. Cold Cups is smaller shop but with about 12 flavors to choose from. And best part, unlike Northern California, a majority of the flavors here don’t taste like sour milk (AKA TART). The one thing I like here is the amount of tropical flavors such as banana and pineapple they offer here. Seeing that it was a hot day, decided to do a banana, pineapple, and vanilla combination topped with nuts and coconut.
They have a good amount of toppings to choose from, I would say about 2 dozen. The frozen yogurt here is good. The banana tasted like banana and the pineapple had a good taste to it. The vanilla here was pretty creamy too.
Overall, pretty good frozen yogurt and worth a stop if in the area. Overall a good 4 star experience.

5 stars to Cold Cups for bringing frozen yogurt to my neck of the woods! They have so many different flavors, even one that I can never figure out exactly what it is. Like any other self-​serve frozen yogurt places, you pick your flavors and toppings and then they charge you based on weight.
My favorite is the chocolate frozen yogurt with mocchi, oreos, and chocolate chips (can you tell I am obsessed with chocolate?). They always have someone cleaning the frozen yogurt area because as we all know, people in general are messy. And they also have someone always refilling the toppings as well as cleaning the area.
You also get a card and after purchasing 4, you get $ 1.50 off your next purchase. I am used to buy _​_​_​amount get one free, but hey… at least they offer a discount to loyal customers. The place is always busy too, so other people must like it too! Try it out if you are local and don’t want to drive to the nearest Golden Spoon =).
