The Mickey Mouse pretzel was really great! It was just what I needed for a mid day snack!

Not a bad price if you want to get a hot dog with small bag of basic ass lays chips. Who he hell eats those anymore. Totally less packed than the corn dog cart across the way and is our usual go to in that event. More available seating as well and still super close to the kids bathroom area our little ones frequent.

Perfect main street location for parade and people watching as you relax with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. We split and enjoyed a Mickey Mouse Pretzel while sitting at a table next to the street. Went back each day and always found an open table to relax and catch our breath. Parades come by about 2pm and 4:30pm during the day. This is a perfect place to watch. Then catch the night time parade from the same location.

We were on day 2 of Disneyland and had decided to leave our Saturday as the designated eat everything and anything in the park that you’ve always wanted to eat day. Not a bad plan, right? Well for some reason we decided to have hot dogs for breakfast after we saw a guy sitting on the ground on Main Street devouring a pulled pork topped hot dog. So thank you sir for that unintended recommendation. We waited until they opened at 11am and as soon as the doors opened there was a rush of people running to get in line. I grabbed one of the tables that are outside of the shop and in a few minutes my boyfriend comes back with two hot dogs. One had Mac and cheese on top of the hot dog while the other had pulled pork. Not exactly your average hot dog! 3 stars for the different toppings I haven’t had on a hot dog, cute 40’s soda shop atmosphere and tables to sit outside. I didn’t have a bad experience, the hot dogs were just not mind blowing they were okay, but still tasty! Though I’m not sure I recommend a Mac & Cheese topped hot dog for breakfast lol.

If the line at the Red Wagon corn dog cart is too long, you might want to check out the hot dogs over at the Coca Cola Refreshment corner instead. They sell hot dogs and chili dogs here along with different stuffed cheese pretzels too. They also have a variety of Coca Cola flavors for you to choose from: vanilla, cherry, and raspberry. You could flavor your diet or even your Sprite because they use flavor syrups like an old fashioned soda counter would. I love the jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzels. The regular cream cheese pretzels are slightly sweet. They also have Mickey Mouse pretzels with a side of cheddar. The lines are reasonable in here and there is seating out on the patio where you can be serenaded by a piano man. Last I checked, they also had a mac & cheese dog too. I haven’t tried it but it certainly is a novelty.

I really wanted a bread bowl with soup and I got it here! Good chili in a sourdough bread bowl and my hubby got a macaroni n cheese with bacon hot dog. It was delicious! I didn’t like my sons kids meal turkey dog. But we enjoyed what we had. Nice pit stop on the way out, gets super crowded around parade time.

We got the cream cheese pretzel, jalapeño pretzel, and chili cheese dog. Why didn’t I know that the cream cheese was SWEET like icing??? I read tons of reviews, not one mentioned the sweet cream cheese. It does not say it’s sweet on the menu either. Cream Cheese Pretzel — didn’t like, 2 stars, bread was not special and icing center was too junky. Jalapeño Pretzel — jalapenos in the pretzel, cheese inside. Ok, better than the cream cheese, still pretzel bread not pretzel-y enough and cheese inside isn’t nacho or spicy cheese. 3 stars. Chili Cheese Dog — 3 stars — boring chili, boring bun, boring dog. Get the famous corn dog instead, the cart is directly across the street even. That hot dog is so flavorful and spiced right. We tried it and we were BORED out of our minds. Get better food ANYWHERE else in Disneyland or California Adventure. Awesome things we tried: Corn Dog at the Little Red Wagon, Dole Whip at Tiki Room, Fried Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans at Plaza Inn(bomb ass), Lobster Roll and chips at Harbour Galley, BBQ Cone at the Cozy Cone Motel. Others: Churro we got was not fresh as a daisy and was chewy. Frozen lemonade with a shot of cherry — wish we didn’t get the cherry, too sweet and syrupy. Mac & Cheese with bacon bits cone at Cozy Cone Motel — ok mac & cheese, too many bacon bits, wish it had 1⁄10th the amount of bacon bits. Mac & Cheese was soft and creamy though. Cone bread is NOT pretzel, and is not the best, just ok.

As an annual passholder I’ve gotten to try the many different foods of Disneyland and absolutely love most of them. However this did not make the cut. I was so excited to try the mac and cheese hot dog but it was a let down! The first half of the hot dog was actually really good! It might have been because I was hungry… As I kept eating it all I noticed was how salty it was! I will not be getting this again. But I do recommend that if you want to try it for the novelty share it with someone!

Really wifi service during a busy time. The selections are basic but this helps speed the line. The large size drinkers and only about 10% more cost for much larger size.

This is my favorite place to grab a snack in Disneyland. Their menu consists of mostly hot dogs and chili dogs which come with your choice of either a sliced apple or chips. I came here on a mission though with only one thing in mind. That thing was a cream cheese filled pretzel. Yes, you read that correctly. Take a second to let that sink in… Cream cheese in a pretzel y’all!!! Does it get any more delicious than that?! They serve it warm and the first thing you taste is yummy pretzel followed by the subtle sweetness of the cheese. Truly heavenly. And the best part? It’s under $ 4. They have a cheddar and jalapeño filled pretzel too which my husband got, but after one bite of mine there was no comparison; it was the clear winner of the two. I got a diet coke as well which was the perfect companion to my snack. Most of their outside tables were full so we instead grabbed a bench overlooking Main Street while we ate and refueled for more fun.

There’s almost never a line here and the people here are very nice. I got a cream cheese pretzel that had almost no cream cheese inside. It wasn’t fresh it was a little old. They have a short menu which probably accounts for the short lines. If you’re coming for a drink and a quick snack you should come here. Limited outdoor seating only. Good place to be during the parade.

Bacon Mac and cheese hot dog. Who though of this delicious combo?! I was super hungry and wandered in this place after seeing how ridiculously long the corn dog cart line was. To my surprise this place had delicious sounding hot dogs, pretzels, and bread bowls.

For the longest time, I always thought Refreshment Corner(one of the last places on the left side of Main Street, located right before the Jolly Holiday Café) was called«Corner Café,» thanks to the sign above the outside dining area that does indeed read, «Corner Café.» This small quick-service spot is in the same shop as The Penny Arcade(just literally around the corner). This small spot is great for snacks – like Mickey pretzels – or a truly«American» lunch, if you’re in the mood for hot dogs or chili. But, this place was on my radar once I found my beloved«Mac & Cheese Dog,» which has since become one of my favorite park snacks/meals(more on that later). Refreshment Corner’s trademark is usually the live ragtime music coming from the cheerful piano player seated immediately outside of the quick-service spot. Though immediate outdoor seating’s a bit limited – there are a few tables along the sidewalk – you can always hop on over to the Jolly Holiday, cause there’s plenty of patio seating there(great for parade watching). Here are some of my favorites from Refreshment Corner: «Mac & Cheese Dog»: This lunch-sized entrée(or snack, if you’re hungry) features a hot dog topped with cheesy, creamy mac & cheese and bacon bits. I always enjoy this treat because the mac & cheese is super cheesy, and they don’t skimp on the bacon bits, either. This park treat is served with your choice of sliced apples or a bag of chips. I always go for the chips. If you’re comparing this entrée to anything in DCA, I would say it’s most similar to the«Cheese Dog» found at Corn Dog Castle … but unlike its DCA counterpart, it does include a hot dog and does not come deep-fried. «Cream Cheese-Filled Pretzel»: This was the first place where I tasted the cream cheese-filled pretzel. While I don’t like hard pretzel rods(the kind you usually find in party mix), I do love soft, warm, fresh-baked pretzels, and the pretzels served here don’t disappoint. I like the cream cheese-filled pretzel because you get that salty-sweet taste in every bite. The warm, slightly salty pretzel exterior pairs nicely with the sweet cream cheese interior. The cream cheese filling isn’t overwhelming – an important factor, if you are like me and tend to be wary of pastries with fillings – but you get a little bit of the cream cheese with every bite of the pretzel. You can’t find this cream cheese-filled pretzel at many places in Disneyland — the only places to get them are here, one pretzel kiosk in Tomorrowland(close to the Star Trader) and at one kiosk in Frontierland(close to the Mark Twain launching point, I believe). But since this was the place I discovered this wonderful pretzel, I usually come to Refreshment Corner whenever I’m craving it. «Hearty Chili»: Though I haven’t tried the chili in a bread bowl from this place yet, it always looks yummy when I’ve seen other customers order it. Perhaps when I’m watching a parade on Main Street sometime during dinner, I’ll opt for this entrée instead. This dish features Disneyland’s hearty chili served in a bread bowl and topped with Cheddar cheese. I’m sure this is especially popular on colder nights, and from what I’ve observed, the amount of cheese sprinkled on top is usually a generous portion.

I went to this place just to get Mickey shaped pretzel. Ordered mac n cheese hot dog and cream cheese filled pretzel. Mac n cheese hot dog with chips($ 7.69): it was actually kinda good. I like this better than Corndog Castle and Award Wieners. Cream cheese filled pretzel($ 3.79): I got this instead of Mickey shaped pretzel? What happened? The guy said that’s the only cream cheese pretzel. Mickey’s pretzel is plain. He was nice enough to give me Mickey pretzel with dipping sauce(for 99 cents more) since he misunderstood my order. There is nothing special about this Mickey pretzel. Just a regular not so good pretzel with«nacho cheese» dipping sauce. QUICKTIP: ANNUALPASSDISCOUNTISAVAILABLE 3.5 stars! I actually want to come back for its mac and cheese dog again. Coca Cola Refreshment Corner is yummylicious!

I have been going to Disneyland for years but never got more than a soda at this place until about a year ago. One of my friends posted a picture on Instagram of their Mac & Cheese Bacon Hot Dog and I knew I had to have one. Take a look at all of the pictures here and you’ll understand why. My 3-year-old daughter loves mac and cheese, loves bacon and loves hot dogs but she was a little skeptical about combining all three ingredients so I ordered her a plain turkey dog as she requested. When we sat down to eat she happily ate a few bites of that turkey dog of hers until I let her taste the mac and cheese. I turned around to catch a glimpse of the parade that was passing by on Main Street and when I turned back around I found that my hot dog had been swapped with hers. That stinker! But, I didn’t blame her. Try it and thank me later with a compliment. =)

There is never a line, well not a loooong line. It is conveniently at the end of Main Street(or beginning if you’re making your way out). They have great service and are attached to a chocolate store. There are patio chairs with umbrellas so sit at outside and the cast of Alice in Wonderland come out for shows for the kids. A lot of fun to watch and maybe participate ! I always stop here for a drink(you can also get free cup of water), or hot chocolate. I love the jalapeño cheese pretzels for a snack or the cream cheese stuffed pretzels to eat during the fireworks. This last time i was there I had to try the mac and cheese dog! I gave it a 7 ½ though. The weenie itself was amazing! But the mac and cheese was not spectacular! if it had been, it would have been a 10! Great customer service!

The only place I know of inside Disneyland that has the elusive cream cheese filled pretzel! They also have a jalapeño cheese filled one that’s just as yummy. After having one of these cheese filled pretzels, you’ll never be able to eat a plain one again so be warned… Located at the end of Main Street across from Plaza Inn. It’s a cute little shop with a piano player out front. It’s also attached to one of the many Disney stores where you can find just about anything. Pick up a pretzel or two and sit outside to enjoy your goodies while listening to the piano man… even though he’s not THE piano man, he’s still pretty good ;)

My friend posted a picture of a mac n cheese hot dog topped with bacon. You had me at mac n cheese and bacon. Running around the park can work up your appetite. I remembered seeing my friends IG picture of this famous hot dog and decided we should try it for our afternoon snack. $ 7.99 and comes with chips or apples. Opt for the chips. You get a long hot dog covered in mac n cheese and topped with bacon bits. Yum. It was just as delicious as it looks. If you go 45 minutes before the parade starts you can find a prime seat along the route. Tip: always ask if you can just order the hot dog/item. It’ll save you a few bucks. Unfortunately you have to get the mac n cheese dog in the combo. You can get an annual pass discount here.

This little establishments in Disneyland has always been one of my favorite restaurants to grab a quick bite for lunch or a snack of one of their famous Jalapeño stuffed pretzels. They also offer stuffed cream cheese and plain lightly salted Mickey Mouse pretzels along with a side of cheddar, but I think the stuffed Jalapeño ones are the best by far! The jalapeño adds just the right amount of kick to them. My daughter and I usually stop here for a warm and messy chili dog combo to share, which comes with a bag of chips, and that was the case again yesterday. It was the perfect sized meaty hot dog sitting on top of a bun covered in chili and a generous amount of cheese. They also offer macaroni and cheese hot dogs, which we have yet to try. We also purchased a jalapeño stuffed pretzel. The dough for the toasty pretzel was the perfect consistency filled with warm jalapeño jack cheese along with a light dusting of rock salt on the outside. They also sell ice cold Coca cola goodies like Cokes or Diet Cokes and Coke Floats to quench your thirst and give you that jolt of caffeinated energy needed to power through the remainder of the day. We will definitely be back! #11 /100 Unilocal 100 Review Challenge 2014
