First time here, had a great experience… no pressure whatsoever… Excellent service from Diego Senosiain, very friendly and super helpful, measuring several dining tables for us. we had another set picked out else where but with the selection and professional service we decided that we will be returning to make our purchase with Diego.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The salesman was racist, very unprofessional and not willing to help us out. They have a very small selection and high prices for poor quality. I could spend half the cost and get better furniture from Walmart. I will never go here ever again

CASA furniture team is incredibly efficient and honest. We were fortunate to walk in just when they had a fantastic promotion. So we were able to furnish our home with 4 Beautiful sofas, an armchair, a dining table with 6 chairs, and 3 complete bedroom sets!
They have made a couple of service repairs (even though though they were small repair items, they came within 48 hrs of my request and were very professional). I am grateful for the wonderful salesperson we had (Robert) and his entire group. And I am extremely grateful that they stand behind their products and have excellent customer service. What a great experience!

Salesman Victor was really helpful and patient. He was not pushy at all and kept his distance. When I had questions he immediately walked over and answered my questions. He explained everything thorough. I purchased a demo bedroom set that was on the floor. He even asked his supervisor for an additional discount without me even asking since it was a demo set. Sure enough they gave me an extra $ 20 bucks off.
When I picked up my bedroom set about 4 – 5 guys helped out and were extremely helpful and cautious. As I was getting home they called me back saying they had forgot the dresser mirror. No problem! My fault for not checking. I went back and picked it up. I will definitely be back!!!

I will never shop here again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Our sales guy Robert Chavira was very honest and helpful but when I went back to pick up our furniture 2 days later it was awful. The merchandiser Adrian hurt my arm as we were loading my truck I kept saying stop stop and he was not listening just wanted to get done. Another guy named Johnny asked me if I knew how to tie a knot. I said yes why he said we don’t tie down anything. I said why didn’t they tell me that when I said I would pick it up. He didn’t answer just handed me the string. I then could not get it so I called my husband and he came when I showed him the pinch marks on my arm we returned to store and asked for the Manager. Low and behold Johnny was the manager. I said are you kidding me you stood there and let this guy hurt me and did nothing! He said nothing. My husband said take the furniture back and give us our money back. We will never be back. We work to hard for our money to give it to awful people with no customer service skills.

After reading all of the reviews about Edgar I was a bit worried about going in.
The ad that I saw was too good to pass up so I had to at least go check it out. I went in to check out a bed, dining table and possibly a couch.
As I walked in, I was greeted and assisted by Edgar. I gave him a fair shot and he was very helpful. He asked us if anything in particular brought us in and he showed us the item right away. He also showed us a few other items that were similar and also on sale and mentioned that if it wasn’t in the ad there was a 10% discount on anything else.
My wife and I were very indecisive and needed time to look around at a few items and he kept his distance and told us to take our time. He was there immediately to answer our questions when had them and spent quite a bit of time with us as we looked around.
We ended up getting a bed, a dining table and a couch. We didn’t bother applying for the store credit and we decided to go with the delivery and installation.
They delivered on a holiday and gave me a call about 25 minutes before they got to my place. They were very nice, quick and careful with everything.
Overall everything went smooth, my wife and I were very pleased with the prices, quality and delivery.

I went to the store looking for a breakfast table. Pretty lonely, hardly any customers. Edgard came to help me. He was a very friendly person, had lots of patience with the questions i was asking him. He measured alot of tables that i liked. I felt no pressure what so ever with him. I loved that he showed me different sizes of tables, until i was ready to purchase the one i liked. Very satisfied. One thing I wasn’t to pleased by was the AC somehow wasn’t working! It was freaking hot in there!

Nice place. Nice people. Clean bathrooms.
Saw a pair of lamps I bought at Linders Funiture over a year and a half ago and they are asking the same price that I paid. Gotta watch the prices. Their funiture is older models but still nice and clean.

These sales people are goons! If your late on a payment they send out some Spanish women or man to threaten you. They are pushy and very rude. They are lucky they caught me on a good day. Was very hard to understand what they were saying. Maybe they should send people who speaks good english, that would help. Never would i recommend anyone to go and buy there. Save yourself time and money go across the street to Jerome’s Furniture Store. At least you be able to understand when they speak to you. Only give 1 star because i have to.

We purchased a dining table and everything went wrong after we gave our money. first they started harassing the references, then they made my wife wait all day for them to deliver and after all that waiting table and a chair is damage. Sales person who helped us out is a piece of garbage EDGAR SANCHEZ dicking us around he promises one thing to make the sale like keeping upcoming payment the till following month I told him I can pay it off. EDGAR SANCHEZ IS SHADY!!! ITS A SHAME FOR THE COMPANY

Talk about no customer service! Went to pick up a bunk board for my brother. The pick up personel didn’t even greet us and left us there to load this thing by ourselves! After ringing the doorbell for some help someone shows up after 15 min and just stands there. Maybe be ok quality at a low price but I will never shop here nor recommend to anyone since their employees SUCK!!! Don’t shop here!!! Ps: what’s with the weird company name? They aren’t leaders in anything.

You can tell its a lower grade but it’s also a much lower price. I think I would rather spend more and have it last…

NEVER AGAIN!!! I went there to look for a dinning room and a living room set. I liked the fact that the sales guy victor was not pushy. I chose the furniture given a delivery date. The nightmare began the day of delivery!!! Not ONLY were the delivery men rude but they kept slamming the furniture everywhere. They damaged both the sofa & love seat by scratching it & adding a couple of punctures to the leather sofa. His answer was well you’ll have to call victor because this is the last one in stock!!! Then i hear a loud noise in the living room i go see what’s going on the guy had dropped the table causing a break on the wood & to make matters worse he shoves the table & adds a scratch from one end to the other. All he says is «I’ll make a report so they can send you another one». WTF??? I call the warehouse & we are told they’re very sorry they’ll deliver a replacement on Monday after 6 pm. Well it’s Tuesday I’m still waiting!!! We have been calling Victor since Sunday still no call back. I have been asking to speak to a manager & much to my surprise they’re wasn’t one to help!!! I should’ve gone across the street to JEROME’S … SMH. Huge disappointment. Now we are waiting to hear from a manager by tomorrow.

Noël helped us! He was super friendly, NOT PUSHY and I love the experience here. Black Friday deals all November and the prices are amazing. Just bought an adorable blue/​grey chaise couch for $ 375!!! Some stuff is a tad pricey but on average there’s great prices!!! Love it here

Came here barely yesterday afternoon and loved it! Edgar Sanchez helped me and he was great on answering me all my questions since this was my first time buying furniture with my husband! With no doubt I will come back here again and finish buying all my apartment furniture. If you need a guy that won’t pressure you and will let you shop with no rush then Edgar Sanchez it’s your sales men. He will show you around and give you good deals.

Great prices, terrible service. I brought my truck to the back door, which has no shade. I rang the bell at the pick up door for 10 minutes. I had to call the front desk to get someone to open the door. I was then told it would be 10 minutes before they could help, so I sat in the heat. Eventually I picked my stuff up. I will never shop there again.

I went there on Saturday and they were busy but a guy name Victor helped me out they came when they were supposed to for the delivery and they put together the bed set really fast I tipped them are doing such a great job. I’m definitely going back. When I purchase the rest of my furniture for my house

I went to buy a fridge $ 600 plus delivery $ 130 pluck tax made the total at $ 907 … Edgar ran mine and my boyfriends credit check and he lied about what he makes a month putting $ 4000 when we said about $ 1700… Then he took his id and went to the back and tried to get us to sign a paper for approving the credit check. Interest was almost 30%
When I told him that we were only looking and needed to go home and measure he said that we said we needed one and he wanted to help. Out interst and payments weren’t do for 6-​months but if spent $ 100 more then 12-​months. After I said that we had a few more places to look he went back and got his id. We left. I went there because I had a friends wife who use to work there and my boyfriends sister had spent almost $ 2000 on furniture the year before. Never again and no isn’t recommend …

One of the worst customer service experiences ever! The store itself is fine, and the salesman was very helpful. Prices are reasonable, and the product is fine. But their warehouse was so disorganized and unprofessional. Getting the furniture delievered was a two-​day hassle.
So for an additional cost, I signed up for the premium delivery to ensure that the furniture would arrive between 4 PM and 8 PM. They showed up at 3 PM, and I was still at work! They eventually came back during the designated time, but forgot the mattress and box spring. They said they didn’t know they were part of the delivery. I said, «Don’t you guys know what you’re delivery?!!»
They promised me to deliver the rest of the stuffy the next day. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to promise me to delivery them between 5:30 PM and 7:00. When they finally agreed, the guys showed up at 4:30!!! Again, earlier than what they promised. Again, I was still at work!
Their warehouse doesn’t know crap. Only buy from them if you’re hauling it yourself.

We purchased over 5K worth of furnishings. When our furniture arrived, a couple of the items had some minor scuffs/​scratches and one of the drawers did not close correctly. When we pointed this out to the delivery guys, they promised to bring us brand new replacements the following day. Sure enough… they came through.
I love the furniture, the prices were better than the competitors and the customer service was EXCELLENT!
