This company has the worst employees I have ever talked with. I have never been treated so horribly in all of my life. I set up an automatic payment and apparently something was wrong with it, instead of talking to my about it I get lectured like a peasant girl. The lady on the phone, with an ugly personality, wouldn’t let me finish my sentences, told me «that is a question you should be asking yourself»! Really Lady, pretty sure you’re working in customer service, which means I was wanting an answer to my question not a diva response. She wouldn’t transfer me to someone else after I asked multiple times. You can’t get a hold of these people, I am currently on «hold» but I am not hearing any hold music or talking of any form. I have called multiple times before but only get disconnected or put into some limbo silent phone land where no one answers. I already have so much going on in life right now and this lady had no human qualities, other than b*$#h, to speak of. The second I can get away from these people will be the best day of my life!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I purchased a car for $ 12,500 loan amount… And I still owe $ 11,900 after paying it for 2 YEARS!!! Beyond angry at that a company would screw me over like this!

Bad customer service … They really hungry for your money… Their online web page is useless. Never updated on time. You have to call them directly who has time to call and deal with their arrogant attitude… but because of us … You guys have a business…

Worst customer service ever! I usually mail in my payments, and i kidd you not, the next day after the due date i get threatening calls claiming that im in collections! How if standard mail is 2 – 3 business days. When you get in touch with their agents they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Glad i traded my car in and moved on from this finance company!

Terrible company i live at many states and i never have a car loan company with the worst terrible service i been make 3 years payments on my car and it seen doesn’t get lower they never update the website for the reason that every time they charge for the same amount over and over again i just want to pay my car so they don’t ruin my credit please find other options this company along with sunrise auto sales they will rip you off.
i just give one star because i have to give it some but they don’t deserve anything.

This finance company is by far THE WORST company that I reluctantly having to deal with. They are very rude, ignorant bunch of under educated group of bottom feeders. I can’t believe this business is still in operation. They have a C+ rating with the BBB and multiple customer complaints. I came down on some hard times and had to finance my car through them, but finally got back on my feet with a good credit rating to my name. One more year with this company and I am done. Currently in the process of trying to shut them down and their burger flipping staff. See you at McDonalds taking my order!!! HAHA!

I think this is one of the worst finance companys!!! I made my payment got a confirmation number saying the payment went through even logged on to my account just to make sure and everything was cleared. Next thing I know I’m receiving a call at work telling me my car is getting shut off because I never made a payment. They didn’t let me pay by phone or online they wanted me to leave work to make a payment at Western union right away. I’m a nurse I just can’t leave my patients. I asked them to please give me time to get out of work so I can make the payment they said no. They turned off my car. I didn’t think that was fair because at the end of the day it was there fault for clearing everything and telling me everything was fine. This company can care less about their customers.

Since day one my experience with these people has been Appalling!!! One lady in particular just very unprofessional and had no manners. I knew she wasn’t trying to help me because she keep interrupting me. When I explain what the issue was she kept going around in circles. I then asked her for me to speak to her supervisor and she disconnected the call…

The MOST HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced! The representatives are rude and unprofessional. Maria threatened me and called my husband a little girl, I will never ever do business with them again, check out their Google reviews too they have nothing but bad reviews!!!
