Big Party

Wish I would’ve seen review 1^st. Our delivery was set Sun. 9−10am. My husband went to there store at 1p to see why no delivery was made and phone not being answered. Turns out they had our order but didn’t write the date or time. They showed up at 1:45, party started at 2. Then. jumper blew a circuit in our house and we were unable to use the bouncer. I called, no answer. Monday at a convenient 8p pickup I explained to the worker that the cord prongs were messed up and it caused a short in our house. I showed him the cord and pointed to the prongs, (they weren’t the original, and could see the black glue used to rig it) he was rude and said his motor and cord were good. I didn’t get to use the bouncer and expected at least an apology, nope.
They totally ruined my families party Took our money and gave crap service

It’s not exactly your high end party rental store but it local and they have what you need, we always rent the kids table and chairs for every kids birthday party we have and really cheap. The workers are friendly and helpful and have never had a problem.
