Belezza Nails and Skin Care

This place did such a bad job on my nails.
The lady I think her name was Lisa, I could be wrong did a overlay to make my nails look a little longer well they didn’t they were as short as if I wouldn’t have done it.
The nail was not shaped right and the polish had lumps, air bubbles, lines just bad
You can see in the picture how the nail is thick
Don’t go here you will regret it

Always a great place for classic nails. Nice ladies, and perfectionists! And bonus, their chairs are amazing.

I came to this place with my friend, she recommended it and I really like the attention to detail Van had with my nails. But to be honest this place is dirty ! they don’t wash their hands in between clients & don’t clean the equipment. They sometimes even work on multiple clients at the same time. I’d rather pay more for a cleaner service.

I’ve been here a few times and all I have to say is please do not come here. It is very very dirty. Nothing was sanitized everything was used on the girl before me. They rushed through everything and my acrylics were always uneven. I usually come alone and it seems like they focus more on the other people then me. Save yourself the hassle and the possible fugus infections ladies!

Flower is amazing! She has done my nails for three years. U have to say that I’ve tried other manicurists who are «close to home» but I’ve learn driving a few miles farther to have Flower’s quality is so worth it. She doesn’t rush, but takes her time to make sure I’m treated like a queen.

I was in here earlier today and «mary» did my nails. Let me cut out all the details and just make a list of why I’m never going back.
–no sanitation towel used
–used a USED buffer on me. It was ratted and tattered from excessive use and white from other peoples nails
–used a file to «buff» my nails and filed some of my skin off
–my scrapes from her filing hurt like a B when she sprayed alcohol
–left a bubble on my pinky nail
–left cotton fibers on my nails
–gel was applied unevenly so some parts of my nail are really thick
–she applied the top coat all over the skin around my nails
–she used excessive force trying to file off the excess polish on my skin
–my nails felt like they were on fire when using the UV light
–i asked her not to cut my cuticles, twice, and she did any way
I should have walked out when she picked up the used buffer to use on me.

I was sad to come in one day and find out the management has been changed. When I asked, the new manager assured me «don’t worry, you’ll be taken care of».
Compared to the last ownership, their service is good but not great…
For gel manicures — Go for Timmy!

Came in to relax with a mani/​pedi after work… ended up in the middle of a screaming match between the workers. Really unprofessional. This is definitely the last time I come here.

I’m really surprised by the good reviews this place has. I made an appointment for a pedicure, I show up, they start to set up for a gel manicure. I told them I don’t want a gel manicure, my appointment is for a pedicure, they roll their eyes at me.
The pedicure; she cut my nails at an angle & did a horrible job with the polish. There was a lot of flooding in the cuticle area & very clumpy. When she was done painting, the lady just left me sitting there. I started using my own finger nails to clean up the cuticle area.
They don’t follow state board’s sanitation guidelines for sh*t. All the tools she used on me, she tossed right back into the «clean» box. That’s a fat fine. I could tell the nail file she used on me was previously used as well. That’s another fine. Don’t come here.

I came in to get a gel mani. I got an older lady who started to take off my previous gel color and it looked like it wasn’t coming off easily… So one of the ways she tried to remove the color was with the giant buffer. She put so much elbow grease into rubbing the color off that she rubbed my cuticles and skin raw. I let her know that it hurt and she apologized, but she went ahead and rubbed my skin raw on two more fingers.
I stayed calm and let her know that she hurt me and to please be careful, and although she apologized (again), she put alcohol on all of my raw areas. When I winced in pain, her manager (I’m assuming) came to take over. She kept repeating she would «take care» of me, but she ALSO kept putting alcohol on all my raw fingers. The manager tells me the previous lady is usually good but she was hungry and, therefore, hurt me… DUMBEST EXCUSE EVER! I’m sitting there, in pain, and she doesn’t care, but I’m thinking everything is okay because she keeps saying she’ll «take care» of me… at this point I’m thinking there’s gotta be a discount in here for everything that’s happened.
At the end, she tells me I need to pay $ 20 and that she would have NORMALLY CHARGED $ 23, but because I got hurt she’s apparently being nice. I was visibly upset but didn’t say a word. I just paid and left. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Lisa did my pedicure, i can say i didnt feel rushed, (as i do at another nearby nail salon) my foot massage was relaxing, and was a full 6 min. she was also a kind lady that did a decent job with my french tip

Minh did my nails, she’s great! And super sweet! This was my first time here because I’m from Vegas, but next time I come to Cali I will come here again. I totally recommend this place. It’s affordable and they can do cute nails!

Came here a month ago to get a fill and my nails were still perfectly shaped so all they had to do was literally fill, buff and paint. That came out okay, with the exception of some sloppy work at the cuticle line. Last week I went in for another fill and needed them to be shortened slightly and re shaped back to a nice point. OH DEAR GOD. First of all, the lady filed my nails unevenly and I kept pointing out nails that needed to be fixed, which still looked lip sides. Then she realized that her gel color didn’t look anything like the sample and started layering layer after layer until it was disgustingly thick and the repeat layers misshaped my nails. I kept telling her «this needs to be fixed, this needs to be fixed».
End result they still looked horrible and I left fairly disgruntled and walked next door to Walmart to buy a nail file to try and fix my thick lopsided nails.

Went in here again for a pedicure and now they offer a glass of wine if you wish with your pedicure! It doesn’t get any better!

After I became their client they changed their treatment, there is this lady who did my nails, 4 days after one of them broke and they still charged me! To be honest I wasn’t expecting ! Very disappointing

STAY AWAY IT’S DIRTY!!!
Well I came here because my regular nail salon was booked solid and it had good reviews on Unilocal.I set an appointment for 3:30 PM and arrived on time.
1. This place is FILTHY! There are stains on the towels, nails on the floor, ashes caked onto the furniture, and they don’t use bags on the pedicure tubs. i would not be surprised if this place was crawling with fungus. Where is the health inspector?!
2. They never asked us what we wanted they just started the pedicure tubs. My mom didn’t even want a pedicure.
3. They were incredibly late my mom sat soaking in a pedi tub four an hour before we just up and left!
4. The very young (underage?) man that worked on me was really rough. He kept hurting me. I told him to stop repetitively an he didn’t until I literally pried his hands off my feet. My feet are cut and scratched and whats worse is he didn’t even get all the dead skin.
5. He used this heavily fragranced pink bath and body works lotion for the massage portion of the pedicure. This stuff burns like it is terrible for your skin. Fragrance is an irritant and is not suitable to be slapping all over your clients legs. Do us all a favor and pick up some 100% coconut oil. It is cheap, soaks in quickly, it is not an irritant, and it has good slip.
6. My massage was supposed to be 6 minutes. I got three minutes.
I walked out before he could polish. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place!

Very very disappointed in this place! New owner s*cks! Customer service s*cks! Opens late not even 10−15mins more like 30mins! So I get there at 1030am she said please give me time to clean! I then waited 15mins! Then I was seated in the spa chair to soak for another 10mins. Wow what a owner (Jenny), why would you make your customer wait! Why won’t they clean prior to closing the night before! Guess they don’t value their customers. I would hate to leave because they do such a good job with my pedicure, but I hate waiting when it’s unnecessary!

This review has me concern because
1. I can’t believe you would leave a nail salon and pay for the nails if you were unhappy.
2. Did you let the owner know you were unhappy with your nails? Because 9 out of 10 time the owner would fix your nails and redo them again without charging you.
3. The guy you refer to who (maybe) did your Mani/​Pedi. His name is Michael. I’ve known Michael for many years. I can’t imagine him having any attitude or being rude to our customers. He is the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. I’ve been a BIG fan of his work and craft. The picture you have posted along with your review is not Michael’s work. Michael is pretty close to perfection.
4. We are more than happy to fix and redo your nails at no charge. WE BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, we take great pride in our work, and also we go out of our way to make sure all of our customers are happy and satisfied with all of our services.
At this time, I would like to advise you to contact Jenny at the shop (714) 578‑0105 and make sure you schedule an appointment to have your nails redone.

Sloppy and rude.
My guy gave me less of a mani/​pedi than my friends lady.
They filed our nails crooked and were sloppy with their nail painting. My friend is going straight home to take it off because it looks so embarrassing. See her French manicure picture we added.
They also talked badly about their customers who chose to leave after seeing what kind of services they provided when one friend was waiting for anther to get her nails done. We only went here cuz our usual spot was closed for Labor Day.

I usually prefer to get my nails done at high end spas so I can know what kind of professional service to expect, but I’m in Fullerton visiting family and didn’t want to wait days for a mani/​pedi appointment. I called Belezza and they said I could come in right away.
Jenny, the owner greeted me warmly and set to work on my nails while Tammy started my pedicure. I got a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. Both did a great and thorough job. My nails look great and extra shiny, and the prices are much less than I’m used to paying. It’s obvious that Jenny takes pride in her salon and in keeping it clean. I will come back to Belezza whenever I’m in town! Thank you, ladies. :)
