Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Will NEVER go back again! Felt like we were bothering them, one person didn’t even move from his seat, staring into some unknown!

The owner John is dishonest and not to be trusted. I bought tile from this place and he sold me 185 sq ft instead of the 145 sq ft. While he was loading it in my van I noticed there were 2 boxes too many and he assured me very politely, putting his hand on my shoulder that he would take back and refund me for any unused tile. Sure enough after completion there were two boxes left which I promptly took back for a refund. But this time he turned faced and denied having the conversation with me and pointed to the invoice which in bold print read ‘No Return. No exchanges’ Which I had signed. So there was nothing I could do. I am stuck with over $ 100 worth of tile that he oversold me. This man is totally dishonest. I would be cautious of buying tile from him, besides he was also late in delivering the tile and I waited for over three hours for the tile to arrive from the warehouse while my workers were waiting with nothing to do. So it was a bad experience overall, never to go back again.

I called to check what time they were open till so I could pick up my order which is 6pm. I spent 40 minutes in traffic & dragged my husband with me and got there at 5:45 no one was there. Lights out, doors locked. I called today & the owner just said they decided to leave early. I asked him to ship it and he said no. No discount no nothing just nope sorry u need to come get it. There are a million tile places, I can get the rest of my tiles next door or anywhere in that street. They really suck at service!

There are so many tile shops to choose from along State College Blvd. I was on a mission to find modern and affordable tile for the bathrooms and was referred to the tile row along State College Blvd by the contractor.
After stopping in a few of the higher end tile stores for ideas (per the contractor’s advice), I made my way to this shop with ideas in mind. I found everything I was looking for and more, and for nearly half the price.
Ralph and John were both friendly and helpful. Ralph took the time to explain the differences in style and quality of tile; he made the sea of tile much less overwhelming. John reviewed the measurements and layout of the bathrooms to ensure that I had exactly what I needed.
I found exactly what I needed and purchased enough for the shower walls and floors of both bathrooms for under $ 800. It was ready within two or three days.
The place gets busy, so come when you have enough time to look around.
