American Cuts & Perms

Went there with my mom to get our Nails done. Hers came out great but my nails bleed, hurt, are crooked, uneven, messy, and the acrylic is bumpy on the top! Never going there again. I don’t know the name of the lady that did mine since they barely spoke any English but she had her eyebrows tattooed and it was just the outline. I’m currently trying to get them removed but no one wants to work on them because of how bad they are :(NO ONE GO HERE!

Do not stop or walk in. Keep on walking. Walked in and no one greated me or asked what services I needed. Sat down for 40 min and decided to walk out. The place is dirty and messy. Looks unsanitary. Do not recommend. Find another place please.

I really had should have reviewed this place before I went the haircut and style that I wanted was fine but i wanted a body wave and and lady said no body wave needed I have arthritis in my shoulders and I tried to explain my best English is that my shoulders hurt if I lift my arms to curl my hair that’s why I wanted a body wave so I wouldn’t have to do this and also I asked for a new color she said color is fine even though I wanted a new color. didn’t give me what I wanted even though I asked I believe customer is always right and I did not get it I will never ever go there again

I’ve been going to Tracy since I was 16 years old and every time I get my hair done by her, I leave smiling every time. I love how my hair turn out from highlights, hair dye to a simple hair cut. She just know what is best for me. I don’t mind the 40 miles drive for the affordable price, good service and great result. :)

Worst place ever for a pedi I can’t believe it. all they care about is the money. Never ever coming back … The lady who did my nails got all mad cuz I told her to fix her mistake. If I could I would give it no star

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience, the staff is great and remember your face of you can more than once :) Brandon is the master as you guys will come to find out!

Worst place ever! Dirty, unsterile tools and equipment for starters. I had a haircut a month ago which I thought was good. I went yesterday to same gal and asked for same cut. She cut and blow dried and it looked nice. I get home and after a couple hours, the tru cut shows. OMG I was devastated! Chop/​hack job at its worst. Big hunk taken out where my ear is, totally uneven everywhere. No way to even get it fixed. Will take a year to grow out with many cuts to help. I have very fine, thin hair and need every strand I have. I couldn’t sleep last nite and am sick about it. How can a «licensed» oriental gal do that? Suggest nobody even tries that place. Here name is Kim and she cant even paint nails either. They are cheap cuz they cant do anything as they should or as requested.
Also writing BBB and OSHA for health reasons!
