I was a little skeptical about ordering from Ace Flower Shop but after looking at different flower arrangements on several websites, the «Arrive In Style» arrangement was my favorite & it was priced fairly. They were sent to a friend for her birthday and it was even more beautiful & bigger than the photos online! The flowers were also delivered by noon as I had indicated on the order form. Thank you Ace Flower Shop for making my friend’s birthday extra special!

Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and paid to have them delivered since I live on the other side of the country. I didn’t specify a time because she was going to be home most of the day and didn’t mind as long as they were delivered by day end. I checked in with her to see if she had gotten her gift and she had not (checked around 9pm), so I called up the flower shop and the owner told me upfront that she looked at the delivery address in the morning and just forgot to deliver the flowers.
She offered to ‘mail’ a check as a refund. Looking at the other reviews I don’t trust that the owner ever will send a check. I would not recommend doing business with this shop in person or via online delivery. Don’t let uncaring, untrustworthy people ruin a good memory.

It was my mother’s birthday and she lives literally right behind this flower shop so I called the flower shop and asked for a nice $ 40 vase of flowers for my mother. The lady on the phone took down my info and my mother’s info and gave an ETA. The flowers showed up on time and my mother was happy. Then my sister took a picture of the flowers and sent them to me. $ 40 worth of flowers they were not. They looked like a $ 15 bouquet that you can get from the supermarket. I’m disappointed in them. I like to sop port local businesses but I feel really ripped off by this place.

My girlfriend seemed to be down about our relationship and nothing I did seemed to help and just made things worse. I was thinking how can I put a smile back on her face? At the same time I saw Ace flowers which was cool because it was only a block from her house. I stopped in and was greeted by this sweet Asian lady. I explained situation and she told me she will take care of it. I asked for same day delivery after 5pm and to call me once delivered. Well the flowers showed up around 530 then around 30 minute later my girlfriend called and said thank you. I could tell she loved them and yes it brought back the smile. I was sent a picture of the flowers and I couldn’t believe how nice they looked. Yes the lady really took care of it for me. Thanks Ace again. I will be back for sure. I love this place, they’ve saved me again. I forgot my grandma’s birthday (don’t judge me) and when I remembered at 3:45pm I called them frantically; the lady on the phone was kind and helpful and reassured me that my delivery would arrive by 6pm. I ordered an orchid plant and with same day less than 2 hr delivery, $ 70 in toto. My grandma called elated at 5:30pm. Nice save Ace!

worst shop ever!!! i ordered flowers for my mother weeks before her birthday and noted that they needed to be delivered before noon. at 4pm i get a phone call telling me they just got to her office and everyone was gone so no delivery was made. so upon hearing this information i asked for my refund which they agreed to. instead of refunding directly to my credit card they said that they would send a check in the mail. it has now been two week and i have yet to get anything in the mail. worst experience with any type of business ever! they lady on the phone also had a think accent that you could barely understand. i would never recommend this place to anyone ever. horrible costumer service and they dont follow direction.
