I came in to get holes drilled on a new ball. The service was awesome. They’re very friendly and provide fast service. They size your fingers and will drill in the spot. Highly recommended. I will return with other family members to get their new bowling balls drilled.

I’ve now brought 2 balls to Minh for servicing (one brand new one I got as a birthday gift and one I got secondhand) and the customer service and quality are outstanding. Minh is super knowledgeable about every single ball and provides the best tips to improve my game. I bowl at concourse regularly (at least 3 – 4 times a week now, been bowling for a year) so every encounter I have here has been very good. The drill and plugs for my new ball is perfect, gives that POP when I throw. The new (used) one was so beat up but Minh polished and restored it to its natural glossy black self, it’s a gorgeous ball now. Regardless of where you bowl, you need to come pay Minh a visit. His customer service, friendliness, quality of service, and prices is the best. FYI price of balls, shoes, and bags are on par with online prices. If I didn’t get mine as gifts I’d definitely would have purchased from him. Awesome shop and awesome owner.

There is so much you can say about this little place. But I will keep it simple. I discovered the glowing reviews only a couple of weeks ago and checked it out for myself. Yep. It’s worth 5 stars. Their passion for the sport is so welcoming and they make you feel so so at home. Don’t go anywhere else. I drive down from LA just to go here. Keep up the great work guys.

Best bowling shop I’ve ever been!!! Very knowledgeable staff, they gave me good advice on how to become a better bowler. My husband came here first a couple of weeks ago to get his ball drilled and because of the great service He got I had to give it a try (because I had bad experiences with other shops) Minh was amazing and very friendly and helped me through the process of getting my ball drilled, got it done in just a couple of hours. The drive was definitely well worth it!!!

10^th Frame Pro Shop was advertised/​Yelped. Awesome customer services with unbeatable prices, definitely worth the 14 mile drive for me. Minh was honest, straight forward, and helpful — overall a real cool dude. What sets apart 10^th Frame from other Pro Shops, at least for me, was having the option of doing a test run with a demo ball (Track Paradox). So if you’re looking to buy bowling balls or other bowling accessories, 10^th Frame Pro Shop is the place to be.

Awsome experience. Great service. I will not buy bowling supplies from anyone else. Family owned and operated. They care about service and it shows! I bought new Ball, bag and shoes. My ball was custom cut and I was on the road in 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

I thought everyone exaggerated but nope, Minh is the real deal. If you’re looking for a new ball or gear, this is definitely the place. All ball prices include custom drilling. He’ll point out some great ball choices based on what you’re looking for.
Drilling and re-​measuring takes about 5 – 10 minutes. He’ll give you a few tips and you’re on your way. Also, i’d recommend checking out their facebook, they keep you updated on new performance balls that come in and occasionally have special deals.

I got 3 of my balls here, they’re all drilled perfectly by the owner (Minh) and the price is so much cheaper than any pro shop that Ive been before. Also the service was great, I feel warm and greet everytime visited to get service for my old balls.

I’ve been bowling competitively for over 20 years and have gone through numerous pro shop owners. all have the same attitudes of just trying to make business and getting you in & out of the door.
Minh & Cendy are totally opposite of that. I cannot speak highly enough of the great customer service these owners bring. not to mention, their knowledge of bowling.
I first contacted them after finding a listing of an on-​sale ball I was looking for. They were quick to respond and promised to hold on to the specific weight/​ball for me until I came in. When I came in, they were very friendly and welcoming. Minh spoke to me a little bit about my game and what I was looking for in the ball. He quickly matched the fit of one of my other balls, which came out identical!
One thing I appreciated is how he explained the drilling process and why things are measured the way they are and why balls are drilled to specific layouts.
Loved the ball, loved the drilling. and then a few weeks and a dozen games in, the ball started to form a huge crack. It’s a common thing to happen, I’m just glad it happened early enough to where the warranty still kicks in. I immediately contacted Minh, he sent over the warranty to Storm. the next day, he had me come in & he drilled out a brand new ball for me, free of charge! Awesome!
This shop is great. they carry all the new and popular equipment out there. The prices are unbeatable! I probably would have spent $ 60-​$ 70 more if I bought the ball cheap online and got it drilled from some other shop.

As good as it gets! I came in to drill a new ball I got elsewhere, and even though Minh had 6 – 7 balls to drill before mine, he knew I drove a long distance and made my ball a priority so I wouldn’t have to come back another day or even wait too long. I’ll definitely be back here to get future balls drilled and recommend my friends to do the same.

I decided to come here when I finally got the chance to grab my first ball. All the Unilocal reviews were great so I gave it a shot. When I walked in, Cindy helped me out and educated me on all the types of bowling balls: core, weights, styles, etc.
After a while, Cindy had to head off somewhere and Minh helped me out. He told me a lot more stuff and I can tell he’s really into it. That’s good. I mean, why selling bowling balls if you don’t really like bowling in the first place. Minh is a PBA member so he had the experience.
I decided on a Storm Tropical Breeze and Minh told me about his demo program that no other places offer. You basically choose a drilled ball and try it out on the lanes. It’s great!
Very reasonable price and I’m definitely coming back for future balls. My buddy who went with me will also get his balls here. I haven’t bowl my new ball yet because I have no time but I’m excited of how it will turn out!

This place has a great welcoming feeling. Great owners Minh and Cendy are excellent and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile and help you out with any questions you have. I called on a sunday night to see if they had a ball in stock which they didn’t but said they can order it for me and it would be there tuesday. I placed the order and got a text message from the shop on tuesday saying my ball had arrived.
Minh gave my ball a great drilling layout so I decided to try out the ball on the lanes, while bowling Minh was watching and came over to talk and give pointers which shows they really care about their customers. I’ve been bowling about once a week for the past few months with my girlfriend. I decided I’d invest in my own ball and shoes (I’m a novice/​beginner with a very low average).
When I first came in Minh was busy with another customer. They where talking about how the customer wanted his ball drilled and what effect the customer wanted out of the ball. They talked for a while once, they finished I explained that I was looking to purchase my first ball. Minh helped me pick out a ball and drilled it to fit my hand. Once the ball was drilled he had me roll it on the carpet. He explained my faults and told me what I needed to work on and practice on in order to make my score better.
Minh is a super cool knowledgable guy who didn’t discriminate against a beginner like me. His prices are cheap and he wants his customers to have fun.
This place easily deserves 5 stars.
