Our names are: Chester and Gloria Barkoski/​Ferrier. We are a very unique store as our profits go to pet rescue through Gloria’s Pet Rescue. We also offer all of our customers 5% discount on shipping and 15% discount on packaging. We are also a PRINT store, we can satisfy all of your printing needs. Please, stop buy for a visit.

You’ll meet one of our friendly customer service associates when you stop by. All of our associates are certified packing experts.

Whether you are another small business like us that needs help, or simply someone that needs professional printing, customized packaging and shipping solutions, full service mailboxes for us to handle your mail and package receiving, or even shipping large freight items like cars or antiques, our staff can help. We also provide services in graphic design, small business marketing, passport photos, notary public, small business support, shipping supplies, international shipping, wide format printing (including blueprints, posters, and banners) and more.

History

Established in 2007.

100% of this Store’s profits are donated to Gloria’s Pet Rescue for homeless pets. I purchased this Store Oct. 12, 2011 just for this purpose as I and my Husband, Chester, are retired from AT&T and have plenty of money for ouselves. Please come and see us. Our Store offers AAA discount 5% off shipping and 15% of all other retail items.

Gloria Ferrier-​Barkoski M.

Business Owner

I have been rescuing homeless pets for over 21 years and always had plenty of money to support my passion. When I retired from AT&T in 2001, I knew I needed more money for my babies so I leaped into Real Estate and started my own Company: Purrfect Realty in 2008. When I realized advertising was my main problem, I purchase my UPS Store on Oct. 12, 2011, which I totally love. My customers appreciate what I have done to the Store to brighten the atmosphere and become community friendly. I was raised in Orange County and graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1969, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from National Louis University in Georgia. I enjoyed my tenure with AT&T as a support person for hardware & software. I am very much excited about my new role as The UPS Store Business owner and invite you to come enjoy the customer service which includes Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate and of course a candy jar. I look forward to meeting you soon.

BEST UPS STORE I EVER GO TO. Employees are awesome and very helpful. They actually sent my package at 5:55 just this last week so I don’t know about the comments talking about closing early. Thanks for doing a great job guys!!!

So I rush over to this ups store hoping to mAke it in before they close at 6 pm. I get there at 5:50 and guess what? Their door is locked !! Thanks for wasting my time

Careful about shipping here overnight. Make sure you watch it being processed. I dropped of a computer at 4:30 this past Monday and paid mightily for O/​N delivery. I asked if I made it on time for overnight delivery and they said yes, 5:30 is the pick up time. Only to find out it did not go out till the next day for O/​N delivery. Essentially I paid the high O/​N charges for 2-​day. I needed the computer today but I will not get it back till tomorrow. I’ve lost a lot of work time thanks to this UPS store. Again, if you have to use this store, babysit your package to ensure you get what you pay for.

Went there today and the employee had a bad attitude was not helpful at all. I was told that the computers where down. If wanted to leave my package there she would get to it when they come backup. But I would have to come back for my receipt. The stuff I was shipping was worth a few hundred dollars and without some kind of receipt I couldn’t leave it. She then had some sarcastic comment. Though that the purpose of a ups store was for customer service.

The rating of Zero would be correct, it is just not available. Tatiana is a completely untrained and a nasty employee! I went there twice today to have a very important medical form faxed. She told me it went through and my agent said she only got a blank page. Then I drove back there to have it sent again and it went through only half the page and was unreadable. I had also asked her to print forms from my flash drive, she did but printed 2 copies of the 3 twice and not the other. I have spent three more phone calls with her only to get nothing fixed!!! I also asked her to scan the form and send it to my email and that never came through! She told me late in the day that they were having problems with the internet but she was way too busy to call me to let me know even though she knew the importance of my form getting through! I am handicapped and it is a struggle for me to make trips but she also left a customer standing with no way to get her $ 20 worth of bubble wrap to her car, so I helped her get it in her arms. I can’t believe that UPS will tolerate employees that have such bad customer service!!! In my job it is known that we are here to serve you! And that should be the way UPS deals with customers!

This place has become extremely inefficient in the last 6 months… Don’t know why. I unfortunately have to come here pretty often, but if you have a choice of another location I strongly suggest it. Any normal task takes 3x as long on a regular basis now.

I had two packages to ship… one by UPS and the other by regular mail. I was surprised by the cost of both, so I reluctantly agreed to pay the UPS shipping costs but drove to the local post office where the cost was more than 50% lower than the UPS store. The cost difference really made me second guess my decision to pay for the UPS package I just sent.
When I got home and told my fiancé, she said that she had a similar experience when sending a UPS package from the same store. When she refused to pay the price, they suggested that there was a glitch in the computer and the price suddenly dropped to a more reasonable amount. Needless to say neither of us will be back to this store again.

I was really taken back by how rude the lady was at the store, i have been to this location before and it was OK (different lady) but I will not be returning again. My phone carrier sent me a replacement phone and a shipping label so I thought no prob the store is right down the street, well so is FedEx-Kinko’s and i never get attitude there. I had a few simple question I didn’t know there was a charge for the bubble wrap bag and I wanted ti ship it back as it was shipped to me, I guess my questions were more than her patients could handle. I have never left a review before but was so put off by this experience i felt this was warranted.

This is my favorite UPS store. I’ve been to several in North OC as I drive for my job and make pit stops at UPS for all my shipping needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They allow me to use their shipping tape VS other UPS stores whose associates tell me, «we won’t provide tape, but you can buy some here» (which I then walk out and go to the AH location). Anyway, can’t say THANK YOU enough to this UPS location!!!

We’ve used this location several times for helping us pack and ship, or just pack. They helped us pack a tent that was going to Africa and had to survive three airline flights. They’ve helped with packing computers, also headed for Africa, and also needing to survive manhandling by the baggage fellows. Everything came through wonderfully.
They’ve also packed and shipped items for us domestically with no issues.
The owner is nice, but we usually deal with the guys that work there. They will carry items to and from cars, they’re friendly, and they’re good at what they do.
Went in on 21 May for notary service – had to wait for another signer on the document for about a half hour and got to watch the guys in action. Steady stream of customers as it was just before the UPS guy came to pick up, and was impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness with each of the customers. Went out and brought in a package for an older gentleman with a cane, and greeted each of the people coming in to check their mailboxes. Not greeted in an obnoxious way, just a friendly «Hi, how’re you doing?» that would make me feel good if I were picking up mail.
This is a business where personal service goes a long way, and this store has it.

I just learned that they offer USPS services, thus preventing me from having to visit the post office. Who wants to hang out at the dreary, slow, robotic post office? Not me! That place depresses me and they dont care about customer service.

Philip was the man!
Took care of like 5 customers by himself, greeting every one of them by their name as they came to pickup mail from their boxes!
He was a super friendly, funny guy that wasn’t afraid to express a light hearted and service oriented side of his personality!
He made sure everyone was being taken care of whether they were mailing a box, grabbing mail, processing a notary; Philip took care of everybody single handedly!
Much respect! Check this place out if you want good service without having to wait for days!

This is a really nice UPS store. It’s on the corner of Imperial and Santa Ana Canyon Rd., tucked into the same shopping center as LA Fitness and Corner Bakery.
The owner is really friendly and this location is so convenient. It’s never very busy when I’m there, and it’s so nice to be in and out in a few minutes.
With the holidays just around the corner, it will be so easy to mail all of my packages from this store. With such great customer service, it makes driving a bit further so worth it!

The store is located closer to Yves Bistro but sits between Yves and Corner Bakery. Customer Service is great.
I was shipping a box with about 80lbs of books. I was struggling to get to the door when the owner came out and helped me. Yup, even held the door for me. This type of service is rare for a male to receive. I was impressed.
I had a pre-​printed label and my box was ready to ship. It took about 30 seconds, I was provided with a receipt and tracking number and sent on my way.
I am a fan.
Super service at the UPS Store, Anaheim Hills… another reason the OC is the best place to live.
