Mike Patel Started this business after selling his Retail Hallmark and Flower shop business. Mike also did propertyu management. He got introduced to Real Estate Sales and Investments and so he got into sales and never looked back.

With a retail sales background, Mike understands that real estate is truly a people business. The customer comes first, and his top priority is to understand and listen to his clients’ needs. He feels passionate about helping people fulfill their real estate dreams. To help them to his fullest ability, Mike continues to educate himself and has been designated as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He is also a DTM, Distinguished Toastmaster. Mike also remains at the forefront of technology, utilizing the web, various social media channels, YouTube and Blogs to connect his sellers with qualified buyers. Mike stays in touch with the community by attending various business networking events. He is an active member of BNI (Business Network International).
