I took my daughter to Dr. Jacobsen a few years ago. She finished on time, the price was right, and her teeth look great! My second daughter began 6 months ago, and again, we are pleased with all aspects of her treatment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well! There isn’t a high staff turnover like another local orthodontist office our family had used and chose not to return to. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Jacobsen! I love that he supports the local community too!

I have been going to Jacobsen Orthodontics for a few years! They have great service and are friendly! They often have contests with prizes! Overall, a great orthodontics!

Just got my braces on today! This will be my second time getting braces, but first time here. Major differences from my previous orthodontist. Dr. Jacobsen and staff are extremely friendly and I never have to wait a long time to be seen. Office is very clean and Dr. Jacobsen is very patient and meticulous. I love that there’s a lot more focus on individual patients here rather than my previous place where I barely even saw the orthodontist sometimes and I always felt like they were rushing through my appointment. Highly recommend this place!

I recently brought my daughter to Dr. Jacobson to start phase 1 for braces. She was a long time thumbsucker and her pallet needed to be first expanded to accommodate her new teeth coming in and get her ready for braces. I’ll have to admit that I solely chose Dr. Jacobsen based on his contribution back to the community. He is a local supporter of our elementary school and many parents raved about how great he was.
My first impression of the office was first and foremost over the telephone. The staff was gracious and accommodating. Our first consultation was extensive and it appears he has the latest in technology. I never had braces so I couldn’t tell you!
The office is keenly decorated in a sports theme and well designed with iPads in the lobby. It’s very clean with little sinks with disposable pre-​filled toothbrushes to accommodate kids coming in right after school so that they can brush their teeth. The main treatment room is open concept with chairs widely spread apart with individual TVs. I think I am most appreciative of the staff accepting my 2−½ year old running around. It’s hard to keep him in the main room as well as my soon-​to-​be six year old who they welcome to come freely in the back with her sister.
We have had several appointments since and each visit has been pleasant. Dr. Jacobson’s bedside manner is professional and he’s very well mannered.

Dr. Jacobson and his staff are the best. They are so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We have both our son and daughter getting braces with him. So great about explaining and breaking everything down. I highly recommend their services!

Awesome Ortho Office!!! Dr. Jacobsen does excellent work AND is so patient and considerate with nervous kids! (mine!) Staff is outstanding and we all love coming to the office! Convenient location and always right on schedule! Never left waiting! Super clean and modern facilities… iPads, TVs, open atmosphere, and cool sports stuff that my kids love! 100% recommend!

Best orthodontist is Orange County. Me and my husband have had our braces done with Jacobsen. Now it’s my daughters turn. Friendly staff and Dr. Jacobsen is a perfectionist which is great to getting a perfect smile.

The staff at Jacobsen Orthodontics are all so friendly and professional. Dr. Jacobsen is so knowledgeable and always willing to listen. We never have to wait more than a minute or two to be seen. We have one in braces and I have Invisalign and they are fantastic with both.

I am new to the Jacobsen Orthodontics and I love it here. I am always nervous when I have to do something to my teeth and the staff explained what going to happen and made me feel very comfortable!

Dr. Jacobsen is second in line to an Orange County orthodontic legend. Some time ago, Dr. J bought the practice of the venerable Dr. Sheridan who treated me for my braces back in the early 90s, along with what seemed like half of the OC.
Dr. Jacobsen treated me after I had my braces removed in 1997 for appliances, and again now for appliances and TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder). Did you know that if you have your wisdom teeth extracted as an adult you may develop TMJ? I did. Yay. Fortunately, Dr. Jacobsen is here to make sure that my appliances fit properly, and that my straight teeth and charming smile stay that way. His rates are very reasonable. My appliance checks and TMJ rivals are only $ 75 and repairs and adjustments to the appliances in-​house are only $ 75. Certainly, if you’re looking at braces or Invisalign you’re going to pay significantly more, but you’ll be in very competent hands.
The office is located on the southeast corner of the busy intersection of Santa Ana Canyon road and Imperial Highway in Anaheim Hills, near Canyon High School. The only entrance to the parking area for the office is off the eastbound side of Imperial Highway before you get to Santa Ana Canyon Road. So, if you’re not coming from that direction, make sure you leave extra time to get through the lights. You have to go up to the light by the high school and wait to make a u-​turn. If you have a morning or afternoon appointment during a time that the high school may have students coming or going, the lights can take a long time. Plenty of parking once you get here.
You’ll be spending some time with your jaw open, so bring some lip balm for later. Also, not an appointment you want to make if you need to meet someone you need to impress later because your shirt will be wrinkled and your hair will get a little mussed from the chair and the treatment. Unavoidable.
