Gateway Bed and Breakfast

This is a very comfortable place to stay in Anacortes. The Fidalgo room was HUGE, with a deck and bay window with views of the water. It also had a luxurious bathroom with both a claw-​foot tub and glass enclosed shower as well as two sinks. Mike and Nancy were friendly, and gave excellent advice as to restaurants and routes of travel. The breakfasts were delicious and they accommodated a need for «on the go» when we had to catch an early ferry. We highly recommend a stay at Gateway to anyone traveling to Anacortes.

The hosts are super nice and the place is very classy and clean. We’d definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

This is how a B&B should be! Amazing organic breakfast, beautiful & modern decorated rooms with just a bit of charm. My sister took me here for a sister’s weekend getaway and staying here was the icing on the cake. Don’t bother staying the local hotel/​motel; the picturesque home has peek-​a-​boo views of Guemes Channel which can been seen from the master suite and the wrap around porch outside. The B&B is just a few blocks away from and walking distance to Commerical Drive and the «downtown» area of Anacortes. You also can a take a stroll up to Cape Sante Park and take in the breathtaking views. Nancy & Mike were simply amazing; we shared stories over breakfast and made you feel like you have been friends for years. Forget the others in town, Gateway B&B is by far the best in town and will leave you wanting to come back… I know I will be!
