History

Established in 1988.

We use all natural ingredients. Always have. It’s who we are. It’s in our flour, which is naturally white, never bleached or bromated. Making artisan breads and bagels is our passion! All our salads, sandwiches and wraps are homemade with the freshest ingredients.

In short, we work to create a more sustainable business model and a more rational food chain. That makes sense for the environment and it make for a delicious dining experience for our customers.

We know that to make a great cup of coffee you have to start with the best beans. Ours are from the Rio Negro plantation in Costa Rica and are Rainforest Alliance Certified. Hand picked, never blended. Always smooth, always rich, always a delicious cup.

Our ham, bacon, chicken and turkey make the best sandwiches. That’s because all our meats are humanely raised on family farms and are fed a vegetarian diet with no antibiotics or added hormones. And all our cured meats are nitrate and nitrite free
