Business Owner
I use a structured and direct approach to help my clients meet their goals to start feeling, acting and/or doing better in their everyday lives. I specialize in anxiety/depression and PTSD, trauma therapy, child and adolescent issues, and parent support. Before starting my own practice I worked in both private and public school counseling settings, completed home visits as an intensive case manager and worked as a therapist with children and adolescents at Catholic Charities’ Monsignor Carr Children’s Clinic.
