We have been representing people with disabilities for over 35 years in Social Security and Workers Compensation claims. In recent years we have concentrated on Social Security disability and SSI cases. We are also starting to represent people seeking VA disability benefits.

Ben S.

Business Owner

Ben Sheerer has been an attorney since 1965. He has represented clients before the United States Supreme Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, and federal courts in Ohio. He has been representing social security claimants since 1965.

He has been active in organizations of social security claimant’s representatives and has spoken at legal seminars and presentations to social workers to try to help them help their clients with social security problems.

Mr. Sheerer received his law degree from the Ohio State University.

Member of The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
