We’re now blessed with a large extended family of IT professionals in both front line and management positions across a wide variety of organizations, and operating a broad spectrum of roles.

We serve numerous clients, including Fortune 500 companies, by building relationships between IT professionals and IT & HR hiring managers.

While our main office is located in the beautiful town of Amherst, NY, we provide services to international organizations and staffing for IT professional positions across the country.

I have been consulting through Lighthouse Technology Services for past 30 months. The professional staff are equally responsive to the needs of their clients and the consultants. Jim Gorzka is one of the recruiters and he certainly listens and goes the extra mile! To ease the stress of assignments to an unfamiliar location he arranges introductions with other Lighthouse consultants, who then suggest housing options and local restaurants, etc., which certainly helps you get settled quickly to focus on the work at hand. I’ve since learned that this is the way Lighthouse looks out for their consultants.
