Kinney’s towing towed my vehicle last night. When I called to pick it up, they charged $ 185 to get it out of impound and another $ 75 for a Sunday charge, totaling $ 260. Cash only. When I questioned why others were allowed to pay by credit card if they hired Kinney directly, I was told by Bill Kinney, the owner, we don’t trust anyone. We have been burned too many times. That seems quite discriminatory. He further said you can’t trust anyone these days. He said you could charge it and turn around and cancel the card. I don’t like my integrity questioned. I think I will call the credit card companies and report these actions.

Excellent service, very responsive even on a really busy day. Bill was very helpful and patient even though we took up extra time dealing with the situation. Highly recommend.
