Established in 2014.

After 10 years as an in-​house photographer for a cabinetry manufacturer, Kim Smith created Kim Smith Photo in 2014 to cater to architects, designers, and decorators.

I am an eternal student of art and design. After years of study, and with a BFA in Interior Design in-​hand, I worked for architect for a short time. However I quickly shifted gears and became the in-​house graphic designer, photographer and showroom designer for a cabinetry manufacturer. For 10 years, the job was a nice marriage of all the fields of art and design I had studied and thoroughly enjoyed.

I have now refined my craft and focus on Interiors photography. Who better to capture beautiful spaces than an Interior Designer turned photographer? I understand focal points, lighting, staging, composition… all the elements that come together to create stunning images that motivate clients to choose your services.
