Hearing Evaluation Services prides itself in being the largest freestanding not-​for-​profit audiology group in Western New York. We are completely committed to providing the highest quality services available. Hearing Evaluation Services believes that this is only possible by pairing highly educated staff with top of the line test equipment and advanced hearing aid technology. That is why we employ only Doctors of Audiology, professionals who are truly committed to the field and to their patients. Having such a large staff of Doctors of Audiology means that we have specialists in all areas of the field available to provide you with the best service possible. However, at Hearing Evaluation Services we also understand the importance of continuity of care; therefore, you can rest assured that you will be seen by your primary audiologist who will guide you through your appointments.

Anne O.

Business Owner

Dr. Anne Orsene is the Executive Director of Hearing Evaluation Services and has been with the organization since 2000. She has been practicing audiology and caring for her patients in Western New York since 1991. Prior to her current position, Dr. Anne Orsene was the Hearing Aid Program Manager at Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center.

Dr. Anne Orsene is committed to expanding the organization’s services to assist as many individuals in WNY as possible. In Feb. 2010, she opened a third Hearing Evaluation Services office designed as a pediatric test center of excellence within the Wehrle Professional Center.

Dr. Anne Orsene is a proud co-​founder and Chairman of the Dr. Ann Stadelmaier Hearing Aid Fund. This fund, developed in 2006 has assisted over 100 individuals in WNY who otherwise would have gone unaided.

In May 2010, Dr. Anne Orsene graciously accepted the «Award for Excellence» from the Amherst Chamber of Commerce at their Small Business Awards Ceremony. In May 2011, she accepted t
