The exterior and interior of the building look very nice. Fish tank, plush chairs, the whole nine yards. That’s awesome. But apparently you as the customer have to pay for all the amenities. I got a quote that was DOUBLE ($ 800) what another auto shop nearby quoted. In addition, the shop worker was not that attentive and didn’t seem that interested either. I recommend Marshal Steinbeck Collision instead. Much nicer guys, plus they support UMass! Not as aesthetically pleasing of a building, but they care more and will do a better job.
