I was just contacted by Ed R( ) who DEMANDED that I write an updated review for ES-Wireless. He was so upset that I should write this updated review that he sent me TWODIFFERENTMESSAGES telling me to do so. So, let me get this straight — I complained to the store, I tried to contact the owner, I finally posted a negative review(not something I do lightly) INAPRIL and now, in NOVEMBER, you finally get around to responding at all to me — and that it to tell me that my opinion and experience are«propaganda». You demanded another review. You got one. Hope you are happy. That phone your employee«fixed» never worked again and I had to buy a new phone. There was NOWAY that I was taking it back to your store to experience another customer service nightmare. Perhaps if you had responded to me back in April, we might both be in a happier place.
