Very rude staff in general. I had a problem with one product made of fruit that contained seeds. I complained the manufacturer and they sent me a coupon of one free product. I went to the store and Heather started to act like she was getting stressed or bothered because she said she didn’t know how to accept a manufacturer’s coupon. I had to go back home with my coupon and with the idea of feeling totally insulted by that woman. She is terribly rude… OMG! I don’t know why she deals with customers, she should deal with dead bodies instead… I would not recommend this store to anybody who doesn’t want to be misstreated.

Rude, unknowledgeable staff. They pride themselves on being a hip, eco conscious store when in reality the staff emanate the opposite demeanor. Never mind that the store is completely over priced and poorly organized. I will never go back after they would not let my autistic child use the bathroom in a crisis.

Indeed VERY high prices & a small store. Half of the shop is vitamins, supplements, & personal care products. A good majority of the remaining half is gf things (some naturally gf, some specialty items like cookies). There is a small fresh produce section, a nice meat section from local farms, & some good variety of baking ingredients (obscure things like fake honey, beet sugar, and a whole Asian section with sauces, noodles, & pickled items)

Unfriendly, sometimes brusque, staff. Small selection. Very high prices. I am unimpressed. I only go there when I need something that I cannot possibly find at the grocery store. (Last time I was there, I paid $ 7 for a regular-​sized bag of carob chips).
