I had placed an order for same day delivery through
for my mother-​in-​law. It was important that they were delivered the same day but FTD called me late in the afternoon to tell me they could not deliver the flowers until Monday. I cancelled the order and found Bouquets and Blooms online. Although they had already closed for the day I explained that I needed flowered delivered that day. They were extremely helpful, stayed within my budget and delivered the flowers within an hour. Next time I send flowers in Amherst I will definitely use Bouquets and Blooms. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!
