I have been coming to the Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta for a couple years now. Joelle does amazing, intricate work. She takes her time giving you the perfect eyebrow arch finishing it off with concealer and highlighter so you can walk out the door without any worries. They also offer other facial waxing services and eyelash applications.
