History
Established in 2006.
Residences at Riverwalk consist of eighteen spacious apartments at Twenty-four Oak Street, a brick mill building originally constructed in 1885 and sixty-nine elegant apartments at One River Court, a wooden mill building constructed in 1918. These unique apartment homes offer a blend of history and elegance with interiors that are stylishly modern in a historic setting.
The buildings retain the lines of historic character and have earned the distinction of being nominated to the National Register of Historic Places.
