My wife and I stopped in here a few years ago when our motor home tire blew. I still remember our amazing experience. Thank you for your incredible hospitality.

We’ve stayed here a variety of times and have had mostly pleasant stays. The décor is great and interesting to look through. The rooms are comfortable and we’ve always had a good night’s sleep in this quiet B&B. The breakfasts are tasty. Service: The owners are always friendly, but one time one of them blatantly pretended to know who we were when we had never met them as they were out of town the last time we stayed there. That’s fine though. It’s part of being extra friendly, I suppose… just a little pretentious. The only issues I’ve had here is that I’ve felt uncomfortable several times when I could hear the family fighting. I was coming down to ask a question and they were arguing loudly. I felt very uncomfortable, but we had to get going so I approached slowly and said, «hello?» They immediately took care of me, but how awkward is that? One time I didn’t get a room key, which I wasn’t ok with(I feel like we had gotten keys other times we’ve stayed). We had some expensive gadgets we had brought with us on our trip and while I know it is a very safe area, you can’t always trust the other guests! Quite frankly, I simply not comfortable with trusting strangers at all. We had requested the key and were told that«it’s fine! it’s safe!» I didn’t press the issue(though I should have). Nothing happened, but I wish they had listened to me when I first requested this. Hit or miss on check-in experience. They have asked in the past what time to expect us and we’ve been greeted promptly each of those times. One time they didn’t and when we walked in, we kept saying«hello?» for 10 minutes and had to walk around looking for someone to check us in. Once they’re with their guests, it’s fine. They offered beverages, etc. House: Nice layout and every bedroom has a bathroom, which is great. LOVE the Mexican style too. You’ll find lots of vibrant colors, handcrafted items and gorgeous tiling. It’s fun to look at. They’ve always answered questions about their items too. Fun stories to listen to if you have the time to socialize. The beds are comfortable and the temperature in the rooms feels good too. I love the peaceful view of the corn field. The garden can be lovely during certain times of the year. Some of the paths have gotten a bit overgrown. Price: Standard for a B&B. In conclusion: Overall, this is a fine place to stay! The owners are truly very friendly people and, like a said, this is a beautiful house with fun little things to look at. I’ve only had a few awkward moments…
