This is my favorite place on Iowa State’s campus to grab lunch! Carlos always has a smile on his face and something nice to say, not to mention that his food is absolutely fabulous! My go-​to is the steak quasadilla, and his homemade salsas are a perfect pairing with them. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine!

Their Breakfast burritos at the Ames farmers market are off the hook. I go to the farmers market just for them. Also try the avocado salsa. Such a great breakfast.

This food is fresh and delicious! My favorite is the steak quesadilla. The steak is tender and juicy and Carlos’s homemade pico de gallo is to die for! His tacos are also great, served in a soft, fresh, warm tortilla. I highly recommend stopping by his food truck for lunch!
I also had Carlos cater an 80-​person event for a symposium our research group was hosting at Iowa State. He was fantastic! Everything was done on time and the food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. He was very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend his services!
