History
Established in 1984.
I started working in the HVAC field in 1972. I started Neighbors heating & cooling in 1984 and sold the business in 1994 and worked for them until the end of 1999. I stated a new company in 2000 with my wife in the office and have continued working since then. I added my son in 2009 and he is now doing most of the service work.

I went to Iowa State for Construction Engineering in the fall of 1972 with an emphasis on the HVAC field. In 1974 I became an apprentice to learn the other end of the field since I like working with my hands. In 1984 with a partner, I started Neighbors Heating & Cooling and we sold that in 1994. I worked for Neighbors until the end of 1999 and then started a new company which I have continued since then.
