If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They will charge you to insure your shipped item, but will only cover the damages if they pack the item. They may not tell you that fact when you ship your item, but if your item is damaged, they will NOT cover repair or replacement unless they pack it. Period. Beware of UPS lack of customer service!
