Timp Valley Floral

A couple of times I have called and ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered, sight unseen. Sounds scary, right? Not at all! They flowers that they put together for me always look amazing and fresh. I have received many compliments of gratitude for anything we send personally and for the company I work for.

We care about every order that leaves this shop. We try and get the best prices for our customers and to make every occasion perfect. If for some reason it is not to your satisfaction, we have a 72 hour guarantee with flowers in a vase and 24 hour on wrapped flowers. (We can not tell how long you left them before cutting them and getting them into water and flower food.) I’ve been at t his floral for 35 years and owned it for 24 and we have the best designers we’ve ever had righr now!

Friendly service and beautiful flowers! We’ve used them several times for gifts for my mother in law and grandmother in law. The flowers are always beautiful, stylish, and last a long time!

They did a marvelous job getting the flowers I needed for my wedding and at a great price!!! I didn’t know where to go as I live out of state and I had someone I know recommend them. I was not disappointed. They were able to get the ones I needed in time for when I needed them!!! I would recommend this place and would order from them again. In fact I just had a call from someone that attended my wedding asking where I had ordered the flowers and I informed her of this place. I realized I didn’t write a review and after seeing previous reviews I knew I had to write mine to jump up their star rating as they do deserve 5stars.

UPDATED: They delivered half-​dead flowers on (Valentine’s Day of 2014. I called and the young lady who answered the phone told me that they were «really busy, but if you could bring the flowers in, she would see what they could do.»
I had the flowers delivered for a reason! If I had the time to go to where I had them delivered in the middle of a work day, then drive them across the valley back to where the dead bouquet was «prepared» then I wouldn’t have bothered to order flowers and have them delivered in the first place!
After expressing such sentiment to her, she scolded me and said, «well I don’t know what you want me to do about it.»
I tried calling back immediately in hopes of reaching a manager, but nobody answered the second time. So I proceeded to let the world know of their lack of quality or care in a service business that is all about quality and care. I put up a YouTube video (that has since been taken down) demonstrating the nasty bouquet with a comparable picture of what was displayed on their website.
I expressed how it was amazing to me that someone could prepare such garbage and say to themselves, «wow, I can’t wait for some special girl to receive THIS half-​dead bouquet for Valentine’s day. This will make her smile for weeks, and the giver of the flowers will surely be made to look like a rockstar,» then place the bouquet on a truck for delivery.
I then (sarcastically) expressed in the video how the delivery person must have equally excited to have his or her face attached with the memory of the delivery of the half-​dead flowers to that special recipient.
Within an hour of posting the video and spreading the link through multiple review sites someone from Timp Valley Floral called me an offered to rectify the poor quality bouquet but they wouldn’t be able to deliver until the end of the day. I was already on my way to another shop who literally saved the day for me, but I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. So they delivered the wrong color, and only a quarter of the flowers were dead the second time.
They tried to excuse themselves saying that Valentine’s Day is so busy they have to use other florists to deliver all of their orders. Not a valid excuse. If you can’t deliver the goods, don’t take people’s money.
I will say the second crappy over-​priced bouquet was better than the first, but for the price and the frustration, Costco or even Walmart are better options.
