I’ve tried repeatedly to reach this locksmith, leaving a message each time, but I was never called back. However, I finally got through to (I’m guessing) the proprietor today. He asked me impatiently what I needed. I told him in as few words as possible in that he seemed like he was very busy by the way he answered my call. It turned out he was on a job and was very busy and told me to call back for an appointment. Having already tried several times the week before to reach a live person to no avail, I asked him when a good time would be to call back to make this appointment. That really seemed to tick him off. His answer was curt, and then hung up on me. I mean he did give me a day, yes, but seemed to hang up before he’d finished the word. Maybe he was having a bad day or just a bad moment, but if so, it would have better not to answer the phone than handle a customer’s call like that. So, for now, I have no choice but to give him a one star rating.
