Ahh, Christmastime. Who can’t help but enjoy this time of year. All 28 Christmases of my life have been spent with fake plastic trees. This year, that all changed. My google search led me to a website that listed all of the businesses near me that were selling Christmas trees. Why did I chose Kenny’s? Was it because it was the closest? Maybe. Was it because I have a secret admiration for the name Kenny? Probably not, that would be weird. Was it because they had a website? Guilty. In the end, I shouldn’t chose any business on the fact that they have a 2-star website. But I did. And I don’t regret it. This place had a pretty big selection of Fraser and Douglas trees and at reasonable prices. For $ 45 I walked away with a 7′ tree and a 7′ smile. They wrap and load the tree for you and you’re on your way. For an additional $ 25(there had to be a catch), they’ll sell you a tree stand that will hold the tree perfectly straight and sturdy with minimal assembly. After drilling a small hold into the bottom, you simply place the tree on the stand and you’re good to go. You’re not paying for style you’re paying for function. Not like you’ll get a lot of reviews for Christmas tree businesses, but I wanted to put in my two cents.
