We rented the Party Barn for our son’s wedding reception. The cleanliness and upkeep on the building and furnishings was below par – the carpeting was dirty, there are broken tile that were covered with a rubber mat, the front door was broken and held together with electric tape. The air conditioning was HORRIBLE! It was freezing in the restrooms, but in the ballroom area it was so hot that every picture of every guest shows them with sweat on their faces – UGH. On top of all that, the manager/​ower is not easy to work with. I would not recommend renting this venue!

We were here for New Years a few years ago with a large group and the Party Barn was exactly what I imagined.
Large space, stage setup, restrooms, I think that’s basically all that you need for a generic party space.
I can’t say that I took care of any of the details in planning/​paying for the space, but what we did experience was plenty fun.
