STILL GREAT! Even if it wasn’t the best, (and it is) the people who work there are awesome, always friendly, going out of their way to fix something the way you like it.

Pretty good little barbecue joint. My wife and I like to stop in for lunch and grab a pulled pork or chopped beef sandwich every once in a while. Ribs and brisket are nothing to write home about, but sandwiches, beans, coleslaw and potato salad are all really good. Fast and friendly service, convenient location. I like it.

This restaurant was recently purchased by a lovely couple & boy do they know bbq! They are still switching over some of the old stuff, but the brisket is the BOMB! Try the new sweet BBQ sauce to make it really special! Yum!

The couple that owns this establishment moved here from out of state, and had never cooked smoked a brisket before. For their efforts it’s not the greatest, but it’s not all bad!
The breakfast burritos are pretty good, and the smoked turkey sandwiches are up there too. The deluxe Frito pie and pulled pork sandwich are probably my favorites though.
Overall, the atmosphere is really good. The owners are very friendly.
The location out in Bushland is almost always busy, so they must be doing something right!

Hidden deep in Amarillo. You have to know what you are looking for if you’re coming here to eat.
I came here on a locals recommendation. It is small, with about 6 circular tables. It feels like you are at the owners home.
I ordered the brisket and turkey, BBQ sauce us homemade, as are the sides. Place your order and have a seat, the owner will bring your plate.
They have recently added a salad bar, although I passed. I’m a carnivore, see?
The beans were great, as was the turkey and brisket. I passed on the potato salad though.
I like that the owner walks around asking if everything is to your satisfaction, if it’s not, he will fix it
Small family run operation. I shall return.
