Girls doing their own hair instead of attending the customer. If they are not done making me wait before the end of this review I’m gone.

KRISTEN SUCKS!
Ok, I“ve bragged on Kristen before. I decided, because of this girl, to get my hair dyed professionally versus the box WalMart dye.
I make an appointment and wait 3 days to see her.
The day I’m supposed to see her I’m sick. I get my butt out of bed, get showered, dressed and drag myself there. All because I have an appointment. I get there at my appointment time and see her at the register. I ask to see the sign in board so I can sign in. She asks «Who are you?» Not impolite, not polite. No big deal. I sign in and tell her I’m her 1:00PM hair color appointment. I stand back and wait for the group of people to sign in or pay for their purchases/​services. This Kristin broad decides appointments don’t need to be honored and takes another client who doesn’t have an appointment. This little street urchin never utters another word to me after the «who are you?»
After realizing that she wasn’t going to honor the appointment time, I tell the next stylist that I see come to the front that if street urchin Kristin won’t honor appointments I’ll take whomever will color my hair. By this time I’ve waited 30 minutes and been on ignore from Kristen. The other stylists think I’m her client so they’re not going to take another stylist’s client; can’t blame them.
These ladies jumped through hoops to get me in once they learned snot nosed young’un put me on shun for no reason. 10 minutes later, I“m in a stylists chair and getting my hair colored. Her name is Julie, she goes by Jewels and she is fantastic colorist. So– my advice, Contact Julie @ MasterCuts. She knows her hair color and was able to recommend some products for my hair that I didn’t know they made.
Kristin on the other hand, can go play in traffic.
