This place was awesome! The food was quick and delicious and fresh. We had been looking for a local place for tacos while passing through and we’re so glad we found Lupita’s Express. The chile relleno burrito was amazing; the tortilla was really thick and toasty, the pepper was very fresh, and the salsa was delicious. Also, it took 5 minutes for our food to be ready and cost $ 5 for each of us. We wish there were a Lupita’s Express everywhere.

Pros: Great food.
Cons: terrible drive through, sketchy hours (they close when they want.) bad attitudes.
I liked this place until I realized they open and close as they please regardless of the supposed hours they put on websites.
I’ll go again sometime, whenever they feel like opening.

Best burritos in town!
I’m obsessed with this little joint. I drop by at least twice a week. The breakfast burritos are awesome, but I have to recommend the chile verde, carne asada and chile relleno. MY GOD! Get one of each! The tortillas are perfect, the way the grease soaks in… oh, man. Is it lunchtime yet? The salsa is great too.
The wait can be a little long for a drive-​though (sometimes 15 – 20 minutes when they’re busy), but it’s well worth it.

I would go to the drive thru on 45th every day if i could. The asada rojo and chili verde are my usuals. Barbacoa is amazing too. The food is so good. If you try it, you’ll be hooked.
