Made a trip back the other night for my usual Blackened Catfish, made a side trip to bar to see what was on tap. Deep Ellum Dream Chaser Double IPA !! Wow Can’t Wait to go back !

Read the reviews and thought we couldn’t go wrong. We were mistaken. Figured bbq place could do steaks. While the steaks were cooked to order the flavor was non existent and my sirloin was tough and gristly. The potato salad had some off flavor so one bite of it was all that was eaten. On a plus– the onion rings were great. Not coming back tho. Especially since the price is comparable to a steak house.

This is the best brisket I have ever tasted jn over 10 years. It is just so saviry, juicy, tender and perfect. I also got the ribs, which I haven’t tried because I had to tell you about the brisket. The chicken is good.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, neither my boyfriend nor I have been here however we have heard great things. We sat inside by the doors leading to the patio (would not recommend as you get mist spray if it’s hot outside as well as the smell of cigarettes). Our waitress, Sarina, was excellent & very attentive. Would recommend sitting in her area if available.

Our meals came out quick and were cooked to perfection. Either our meals were made a head of time or there were plenty of cooks in the back waiting for us to order.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here but their brisket queso is outrageously addictive. Excellent Texas comfort ambience. And screens all around makes for a good seat no matter where you sit.
