we were referred to jeff durbin automotive because word is he is the best ford diesel mechanic in town, our excursion we picked up on 12÷15÷15 so far it runs great (we drove it straight to our shop). however what is not great is the 263 miles, yes 263 miles (not just your basic testing of the vehicle) that was put on my excursion while at jeff durbin auotmotive, even worse is we had to pick up a fuel tab of 55.37. after paying over 4grand i think at the least they could do is pick up the fuel tab and clean up the fast food trash left inside our vehicle.
hope this can be taken as constructive criticism and won’t happen to anyone else.
