Meet the Business Owner

Gary W.

Business Owner

Since high school, Gary Ward dreamed of owning his own business. His father and father in law were both instrumental in his success and they are owed much credit. Both were encouragers, motivators, mentors and strong supporters of this dream. They both had faith and reminded him daily of his strong leadership qualities, his understanding of money and love of people.

In the fall of 1978, Gary quit his job as an employee of a heating and air company and started his business in his garage. Several things were non-negotiable for him as a business man. His main goal/objective in business was customer service, ethical behavior no matter the cost, and safety for my employees and customers.

For a year, he had no employees except himself. He traveled many miles by car and by foot calling on builders, building rapport with customers, advertising his business practices and proving himself to the community. Now the company has grown to 21 ethical, moral, and dedicated team members.
