I was told that «the customer isn’t right»! The lady answering the phone is rude and unhelpful and after the manager couldn’t help me, another guy got on the phone and cancelled my service call through whirlpool after I’ve been waiting since last Friday to get my ice maker fixed! I’ve never been treated as poorly from a business! Id give them 0 stars if I could. Try Amarillo area appliance instead.

We recently purchased a refrigerator for our business. I did not specify which way the door should open and when they brought the refrigerator it was discovered that the door needed to open the other direction. A service man was sent out the next day and when he was unable to change the door’s opening direction another refrigerator was delivered the same day.
This is customer service at it’s best! Thank you!
