This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores in Amarillo, they always had great sales and pretty good selection. I decided to buy a love seat that was really adorable from them and ended up with bed bugs. I went back into the store, after I found out from WT that it was indeed a bed bug, and tried to speak privately with the manager but he did not want to do that and I ended in the middle of the store telling him my story. He then proceeded to tell me that he just didn’t see how that was possible, but he was willing to give me a refund(in the form of store credit). I then asked him to please get someone to come pick up the couch(which took 2 days). I was out the cost of fuming my apartment and I had to stay with family for a week while I was super cleaning my apt and my carpets(even more money I was out). To make matters worse I went back into the store after all of this to redeem my refund(I truly thought the best of this place) and to my surprise I saw the same love seat on the floor once again to be sold. WOW too gross!!! Never once did I get any kind of offer to help pay for the cost to clean or fumigate my apartment or even an empathetic apology. I will never recommend this place to anyone again!!!

Place is ok, I haven’t found much except at one point a tonload of 80s kids tees, and a neon purple bike. Look, but let this one be the last one on the list.
