History
Established in 2014.
This beautiful home was built in 1905 as the private residence of Joshua and Harriet Gray. It has since been the home of the former President of Suffolk County Water Authority and has be running as a Guest House since the 1930’s. More recently it was the home of East End Artist William Durham whose work hangs in the Parish Museum as well as others around the country.
The house was completely renovated in 2014. This included raising the house to replace the foundation, new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems and the addition four en-suite bathrooms.
